Sitting side by side on the swing hanging below the tree house they built together years ago, then they were best friends, two peas in a pod, inseparable. But now? No one said a word, just sat there, trying to take in what happened a few moments ago.
          It was the next after school had finally shut for summer and Kiara was very upset that she wouldn't see her friends for a whole month!
           Kiara Shroff, a sweet lil kid of 7 years, was her father's princess and mother's doll. They lived in a beautiful mansion by the sea in Mumbai, just the three of them. To say Kiara had everything, but she always longed for a companion.
          Her parent's couldn't have another child, that left her to be with her classmates and neighbours. But seems like she has to spend this summer all alone. Her friends were going on a vacation with their families and her neighbours from the past two years had just moved out since Harsh Uncle got transferred to Delhi.
          Arjun, their 9 year old son, had become a good friend of her's and when they were leaving, he promised to keep in touch with her. He was like the older brother she never had. Oh! How she was going to miss him!
          A week before they left, Kiara threw a fit. She wailed and threatened, tried everything in her kitty to convince them not to move. But it was inevitable, good times had come to an end. Arjun had gone and she was all alone once again.
