~ A week later ~

You'd gone back to your apartment for a while, but Byakuya had allowed you to move in to the mansion, so you were starting to pack up a few of your things. But first, you were going to meet up with Naegi, Kirigiri, Byakuya, Asahina, and Hagakure at the local coffee shop (again). You changed into a relatively simple outfit (jeans, brown boots, and a beige, knitted sweater), and headed down the street. It had been a while since you'd been to the coffee shop, and you were missing your favourite brew of coffee. When you were walking calmly towards the shop, you noticed Asahina ahead of you. Since she was heading in the shop, you decided to run up to her and say hello peacefully. 

You walked into the shop, and saw Asahina and Kirigiri chatting at a large table at the back. You quickly hurried over, greeted them, and sat in the corner. You didn't want to be in conversations today, just in case someone brought up a theme you didn't want to get involved in. But you were planning to tell everyone some exciting things. 

Soon, everyone had arrived. Hagakure and Naegi were talking about the usual things that boys talk about, Kirigiri, Asahina, and you were talking about movies, and Byakuya was quietly reading the newspaper. But then Asahina started a conversation on relationships. She focused for a while on how Naegi and Kirigiri had started dating, but then she turned to you, asking if you had any crushes and if you were in a relationship. You tried to act calm, but inside you were freaking out. You could tell that Byakuya was doing the same, as he kept on looking at you nervously. 

"So, do you have a partner? Are you in a relationship?" Asahina smiled. 

You couldn't think straight, and so you accidentally say, "Y-Yeah, why?". Byakuya looks at you with a surprised expression.

"Really?! Who is it?"

"I'll let you guess. It's someone in our friend group," You say, trying to save what you just said.

"Is it Toko?" Naegi says. You shake your head, you only see Toko as a friend, and nothing else.

"Hagakure?"

"Wait, what?" Hagakure exclaimed. You shake your head again, you could never see yourself dating him.

"Wait... Is it Byakuya?" Asahina questioned. 

You knew you had to say it. There was no way you could say it was someone else. You hesitantly nodded, and Byakuya tried to ignore what was going on. 

Everyone looked at you and Byakuya with surprised faces. 

"NO WAY!" Asahina and Hagakure whisper-shouted, "Is that true? Are you actually dating each other?"

"Y-Yeah-" You stammered, before getting interrupted by Byakuya.

"Yes, we're dating. Is that ok with you?" He said. You could tell he was quite nervous.

"Of course that's ok! When you two start dating?" Naegi exclaimed, getting curious.

Byakuya started to explain all the things that everyone asked, whilst you sat in the corner too scared to say anything else. This carried on for a few minutes, before everyone had asked enough questions and had moved on to talking about Sea Shanties. You wanted to slip away as quickly as possible, but at the same time you wanted to stay, since you enjoyed the company of your friends.
