About an hour after you left Misayo's room, you got a phone call from your mother. She asked for you to meet her at the local coffee shop, and you agreed. You couldn't wait to talk to her about her business. You had to leave in an hour, so you got dressed in something relatively smart, and got ready to leave. Before you left, you asked Byakuya (who was in the study reading your notebook) if he wanted to join you. He surprisingly agreed, and quickly headed to his room to get changed.

~An hour later~ 

You and Byakuya had just arrived at the coffee shop, and your mother had just messaged you to say she was running late, and that she'd be there in a minute or so. You both sat down by the window, and started to talk about business until your mother arrived. When she finally did arrive, she got slightly confused at why Byakuya was there, but she disregarded the thought and sat opposite you. You all talked about your mother's business for a while, before your mother started to question why Byakuya had joined you.

"So, I'm just wondering why you're here," Your mother said, talking to Byakuya, "I don't mean it in a mean way of course. I'm just... curious."

Byakuya was about to start talking, but you start talking instead.

"Oh, mom, I forgot to tell you!" You say, glancing at Byakuya to see if he was ok with you saying anything. He sighed, and let you carry on.

"Why, what is it?" She asked.

"I'm currently dating someone,"

"You're what? You're dating someone!? Well, why didn't you say earlier!" Your mother grinned.

"Yeah, I forgot to message you about it,"

"Oh, It's ok! So who is it? And what does it have to do with business, and a businessman being here?"

"Well, I thought you would've figured it out by now, but it's-"

"Oh my stars, its him isn't it?!" Your mother calmly exclaimed.

"Y-yeah, it is-"

"Oh, that's amazing! I hope you don't mind me saying, but aren't you the son of that Togami man? Oh god, what was his name?" Your mother said to Byakuya. 

"Yes I am. My name's Byakuya Togami, heir to the Togami corporation-"

"Oh my! Y/n, you didn't say he was an heir! The heir to one of the most successful and richest family companies aswell! Hope you guys have an amazing relationship!" Your mother smiled immensely, taking your right hand and massaging it.

"T-Thank you, mom. So, how is life treating you?" You ask, starting to blush and smile.

After about an hour, you and your mother had finished your meeting. Before you left, Byakuya decided to talk to you.

"So, you know about the decision I was struggling with earlier?" He muttered, looking you in the eyes.

"Yeah? What is it?" You reply, slightly confused.

"I've made my mind up, but I'm keeping it a secret. I don't want you or anyone else getting hurt because of my decision,"

"Oh, of course! How long are you keeping it a secret for?"

"For a few years, at least..." Byakuya said calmly, starting to head out of the shop. You quickly rush after him, wondering what the next few years may bring...
