"Dad I'm going to pick up Thessa from school!" I yelled as I tried to put my shoes in the right foot. "I'm coming home for dinner!" I put my bag on my shoulder.

"Have fun!" He told me as I stepped out closing the door.

I started walking happily towards her school, we were from different schools but we practised as cheerleaders for our city's football team. I finished two hours before her, she had to change once we would have arrived at the gym.

Thessa and I were best friends since we were kids, she used to live in the house next to mine but eventually her parents had to move on the other side of the city and we lived in London. My father didn't like that side of the city so much, why?

Because of the Hollands.

Growing up I've heard so many stories about them, my family hated them because of an old argue between our great grandparents. I didn't care that much actually, I've never seen them nor heard about them if not by my father.

As I crossed the street some boys whistled at me for my uniform. "Jerks!" I yelled at them and then continued to walk, jeez, it wasn't my fault if the uniform was like this. My top was light blue and had "Osterfield" written on the back and "Renata" on the front of it, it showed my belly and the the skirt was short too but at least I had some shorts shorts to cover my butt.

Once I arrived in front of Thessa's school I noticed a lot people there, boys and girls from different years. She wasn't there so I had to wait until she came out, I took my phone and started looking at some pictures on Instagram when I heard some boys laughing.

I looked in their direction and there I saw the most beautiful boy I've ever seen, he was tall and slim, his eyes were brown and he had this curly brown cute hair. His smile was even better, I could feel my cheeks reddening just looking at him, I turned immediately trying to hide my face.

"Renata!" Thessa ran towards me with a big smile on her face before hugging me. "There you are, I've missed you!" She was taller than me and more outgoing.

"Me too." I said with a bright smile.

"What happened to you? You look like you're going to faint any time soon." She narrowed her eyebrows and I bit my lip. "Oooh, is there some boy?" She smirked.

"Who's that handsome there?" I asked looking st him.

"Who?" She turned to look at the hottest boy I've ever seen. "That's Tom Holland."

"Did you just say Holland?" I snapped shocked and amazed at the same time. She nodded slowly and I widened my eyes. "Oh my fuck, didn't know they went to your school." I commented still staring at him as he didn't notice me at all and somehow I was glad he didn't.

"Yeah, they moved in my school like two months ago." She shrugged and then looked at me. "Oh hell no, don't even think about what you're thinking about."

"What?" I asked innocently.

"I know that face, you think he's hot and all, but let me remember you who he is. Holland, does that ring a bell to you?" I shrugged. "Let's go, I don't want to be late."

"Ok, damn, I was just curious." I muttered.

"The curiosity killed the cat." She rolled her eyes and I followed her, but deep inside I knew that mine wasn't just curiosity.
