I headed down to the common room after getting ready Draco was talking to crabbe and goyle. "morning" "morning sirius" they say "so Sirius are you excited for our first potions class." Draco asks "its with griphandor so I'm not sure" "they will avoid us like the rest of the houses" crabbe says while eating a chocolate frog. Do they ever stop eating. "not what I was thinking about and it will be different because of my brother" "don't worry you never know it could be a great class." Draco said. "yeah I guess" there was a silence for a minute until goyle said "can we get breakfast" the four of us get up walking down to breakfast "are you two ever not hungry" I ask crabbe and goyle they look at each other and both shake there heads no. Me and Draco have to hide our laughter. We ate crabbe and goyle taking forever. Me and Draco had to drag them out of there. So we all wouldn't be late. I was very happy we know our way around the dungeon already and getting to potions wouldn't be that hard. We where still early when we got there. But that was only because we knew a short cut. We toke seats in the front because all the griphandors looked afraid to well except the girl with bushy hair I meet on the train she looked ready to learn. She next to me but it was where the tables brake so we werent really next to each other. I wonder if she is still mad I showed her up on the train. Draco was on my other side. If we had to brew something we would be partners. Harry was glaring at me from the row behind he was right behind the bushy haired girl. "what" I whisper. He doesn't say anything just motions his eyes toward Draco telling me to move. I ignore it and am great full snape decided that moment to come in. He gave a speech it was rather boring me and Draco looked like we where paying perfect attention when really we where playing hangman and tic tac toe but no one would notice. I was kinda listening it was a fairly interesting course. Then snape said "potter" really loud I quickly started to play attention Draco laughed when he was actually talking to Harry. "oh shut up" "sorry" we didnt here the question that he asked Harry but he didn't know it. I was guessing it wasn't really hard because the bushy haired girl's hand was raised really high. "is it me or does she look like she has to go to the bathroom" Draco whispers. Me and Draco hide our laugh but it earns some glares from griphandors. Snape asks Harry another question. Me and Draco ignore it i notice crabbe and goyle are sneaking food out of there bags. "Draco look" I whisper and we couldn't hide are laugh from the half a chocolate frog sticking out of goyle's mouth and the look on crabbes face after eating an every flavored bean. They look at each other and laugh. This earns a lot of glares from griphandors. Then I hear Harry flip. "you should ask hermione she the only one here who knows the answer" then snape gives the answers. "do you have any idea what the questions were" I ask Draco "no clue" we laugh a little all the griphandors where glaring at us. "I think we missed something" "whatever you know non of us where paying attention" Draco said I smile at that. Snape tells us we are making a boil cure and that we are only aloud to talk to our partner. "Draco I'll get the ingredients you prepare the caldron" I went up to get the things from the cupboard. Harry comes up to me. "that wasn't nice of you to laugh" he says ok I knew I missed something. "Harry I was laughing at crabbe and goyle" "yeah right" "don't believe me then" I got my things and headed back to my seat. "Draco Harry is mad that I was laughing do you know what was going on in the griphandors" "no clue ask the girl next to you." we work on the potion and when snape isn't looking I tap the girl on the shoulder. "what" she sounded a little annoyed "I was just interested what was going on when snape was asking Harry questions." "you werent paying attention" "no i toke the time to talk to" i was cut off by snape coming around. He criticized all the griphandors saying they where terrible. He didn't really say anything to the slythierns just small pointers in a kinder tone. He actually complemented ours. Me and Draco realized we where the top in our year in our house. We aren't as good as some raven claws or the bushy haired girl but we are doing good. Then a kids potion falls throw the caldron. Me and Draco where happy we were a decent distance away because we had time to jump on our stools before it came people around got holes in there shoes. "poor kid" I said to Draco as a kid was on the floor covered in boils. "I thought this was a boil cure not a boil maker" "I guess snape needs to label his instructions better" all the slythierns around me laugh at my comment. The griphandors glare at us. "I don't think they heard my joke" I whisper to Draco as our group got dirty looks. Snape cleaned up the potion and the kid who I learned last name was longbottem I tried not to laugh at the name. After that snape yells at Harry again which was really pointless and class was dismissed. We where heading to lunch. I wanted to explain my self to Harry so he wasn't mad at me. So as my friends went the faster way out of the dungeon I went to fine Harry. I saw Harry with Ron and a boy I didn't know. "I can't believe those slythierns where laughing at Neville" the boy I didn't know said. The didn't know I was there yet. "yeah and your sister Harry I thought she was nice" "I have been trying to get her away from them she is really sweet" "Id watch out she was laughing the hardest" I run up I need to explain my self. When I come into there view. Ron mumbles "speak of the devil" "harry" I call "hi Sirius" he looked mad at me. "harry what's wrong" "I dont know you and those creeps where laughing at us" "Harry those creeps are my friends and we wherent laughing at you guys when the longbottem kid started to get boils all over his body I commented that snape need to label what the potions do better causing my friends to laugh" I said in a calm rational voice knowing if I yelled he would get mad. "it didn't seem like that" Ron said "yeah your just trying to defend those slythierns" the kid I didn't know said. "well I'm telling the truth I'm going to lunch I'll see you later Harry and one suggestion to you three don't insult slythierns in general when a slythiern is around" I skipped down to lunch I knew they where staring at me. I stoped skipping and walked into the great hall to spend the day with my friends.

Harry pov

Me dean and Ron just stood there watching Sirius skip off. "I never thought I would see a slythiern skip" dean said me and Ron laugh. "you know your sister is something else" Ron comments as she gets out of view. I was a little confused I was just pissed off at Sirius was she telling the truth or trying to defend her house. If the rules where reversed how would she act. "Harry you ok" dean asks "hun yeah let's go eat" we walked to lunch. "we should be careful what we say I dont want that to happen again" I say as we walk. "yeah we are lucky she didn't have Malfoy or someone with her" ron says. "I still can't believe she hangs out with him" I shutter I want my little sister to be safe she is the only family I have but when she is with malfoy and his group I worry for her safety. I was distracted during lunch just trying to sort out my thoughts.

Sirius pov

"so what happened when you saw your brother" pansy asks as I sit down "he doesn't believe me and his friends where insulting slythierns" "we should get them back" pansy said "what do you have in mind" "something simple snape would never think the slythierns will do something wrong so right after those boys come in you plant a dung bomb under one of there desks. We would get out of class and the boys would get in trouble" pansy said we prefected the plan during lunch. If you want us to be evil we can be evil. We had to stop quickly because Snape came to the table. "your study groups have been made I have posted them on the board" he told all the first years. He had warned us about these he said that he would place us by our skill. After lunch we headed to the common room. I'm still surprised on how easy it is for us to navigate the dungeon it is huge yet we simply walk to the common room. I found the green light that came from the lake cool. All the first years went over to the board. Me Draco and blaze where in a group it was weird we where the smallest group. I think they went in order of intelligence because crabbe and golye where at the bottem with two other dumb people. There was a note at the bottem. "I have sorted you so that you will have people that are more likly to help than give all the answers I expect you to work together at least 5 hours a week and go to each other for help. Sincerely your head of house Snape" we decided to get in our groups latter I was happy I am with Draco. Me Draco and pansy toke a couch while crabbe and goyle toke chairs and we played exploding snaps talking and laughing. While playing Harry was in the back of my mind telling me that I would get hurt doing this. Hey I could say the same thing about Ron and stuff you shouldn't hang out with him because he is too brave and get you into trouble. Whatever. We laughed and played for the rest of the day. It was funny when me Draco and pansy went back to the common room after dinner. Crabbe and goyle said they would be ten minute they didn't come back for another two hours they barley made it in for the first years curfew Snape has set up. Me and Draco both went to bed early because we where going to sneak into the broom shed get brooms and he was going to teach me how to fly. I was the first girl to wake up the next morning I got dressed did my hair and headed down stairs. Draco came down I was shocked his hairs wasn't slicked back like it always was it was pretty cute. "morning Draco I'm liking the hair" I comment "yeah I didn't slick it back this morning my father would be annoyed" "why is that" "he likes me to have the perfect pure blood image" "of course he does I think it is cute" he blushes "thanks" we walk out using the ways out of the dungeon that any other house wouldn't know. From there it is a short walk outside. We grab brooms and head to a spot by the lake so no one would see us from the school. "ok so you mont your broom" Draco says showing me I did as told. "here I'll come over to you so you don't accidentally zoom off." I blushed. "ok so kick off" I did as told and I was flying "this is so cool" I said he laughed a little at my excitement. "Ok know just get a feel for it I'll fallow you on my broom" I nod and went up and started to fly around. "you sure you haven't done this before" Draco calls as he pulls up on my side. "I haven't" "well then I have a natural in my presence" I blush. "I'm not that good" "on the contrary ms. Potter you are doing great" I was blushing so much I was trying to hide it. He smiled sweetly at me. "you want to play some catch" he asked "on brooms" "don't worry I'm here if you have any problem." he grabbed an apple out of his bag an passed it to me. I easily caught it as the game went on we made it more difficult for the other to catch it. It was cool one time I throw it low and he skimed the lake to get it making a rainbow. After 2 hours of flying we landed. "that was so much fun" I said "yeah it was" he smiles we stay quiet for a minute it was so peaceful then he said. "we better get these back breakfast is out by now" it toke me a moment to shake off how it was the perfect morning. "yes I know how you don't want to miss those chocolate chip pancakes" he blushed and we ran off putting the brooms back. Going to breakfast. Crabbe and goyle where eating any thing in sight me and Draco sat next to pansy. "two questions Draco what did you do to your hair and where have you two been this morning" "the answer to both is we went flying this morning" Draco said she looked at me for a minute then said "you could have gotten in trouble for that" "your just mad we didn't invite you" I said "maybe" me and Draco laugh. "so what do you guys want to do today" I ask. We end up playing games in the common room. Around 3 me and Draco had our first study group. This was the second time I have talk to blaze he is very into his studies but we actually made a good group and got our homework done within an hour.
