-P.O.V Asriel-

"Welcome to the dance," Zeus said as he opened the door for the couple, smiling as the got out of the limo. "Thank you very much Mr.Zeus," Asriel said, blinking his gratitude for the driver. "Not a problem in the slightest. I will be back around eleven to pick you two up" the sawk replied as he got into the driver's side. Waving to him, Asriel led Brittney arm in arm to the front doors, smiling to his love as they passed through the doors. "By the way, where did you get the umbrella?" Brittney asked, pointing to the object in Asriel's paw.

"I grabbed it from the limo; it's supposed to rain later on tonight" Asriel answered honestly. Nodding in response, Brittney walked through the end of the hall way with Asriel right as the music started, surprising Asriel as to what song was playing: A Thousand Years, a personal favorite of Asriel's. "Do you want to dance love?" Asriel asked Brittney, donning his simple mask. "Whisk me away Asriel" Brittney giggled as she put on her own mask.

Picking one of the squares to dance on, Asriel placed his paws on her shoulder and hip while Brittney did the same, Asriel taking the lead as the music began to play. Asriel was surprised when Brittney began to sing along.

The day we met,

Frozen I held my breath,

Right from the start,

I knew I found a home for my

Heart beats fast, colors and promises,

How can I love when I'm afraid to fall.

But watching you stand alone,

All of my doubt

Asriel began to sing as well, picking off right after her as they danced.

Asriel:

Brittney was silent as she listened to Asriel sing, her eyes wide with awe as she listened to him sing.

Time stands still,

Beauty in all she is

I will be brave

I will not let anything take her away,

Standing in front of me!

Every breath,

Every hour has come to this.

Both: One step closer!

Asriel and Brittney stepped closer together, now within kissing distance, blissfully unaware of the others watching them.

Asriel: I have died every day waiting for you,

Brittney: And I will love you for a thousand more.

Asriel: and I will love you for a thousand more!

Twirling Brittney in his arms, Asriel gazed deeply into her eyes, devoting every bit of his heart to that simple line, love clear in his voice.

Brittney: I'll love you for a thousand more!

As they slowed down, the last part of the song began to play as well, the song slows down as a result.

Both: One step closer!

As the song drew to a close, Asriel smiled to the fair maiden before him before he bowed to her. "I love you," Asriel said, smiling at Brittney with all that he felt. "I love you too," Brittney smiled, embracing the Lucario as a wave of applause sounded around them, catching the pair off guard. "Not bad you two," a voice said, a black paw patting Asriel on the back. "Hey Orron" Asriel greeted, recognizing the voice near instantly as he turned to him, Brittney waving to him. "Asriel, I was wondering if I could get you to meet my lady friend; her name is Clara and she is a Lucario like you" Orron informed as he straightened his scarlet tie. "Go ahead Asriel; I need to go sit down for a while anyway" Brittney granted, laughing when he turned to her for permission. Smiling, Asriel promised to be back soon before he left with Orron to the other side of the gym.

"So, how did you two meet up?" Asriel asked his friend as they walked. "I met her during our training class. When we partnered up for a practice battle, I was stunned by her beauty in the ring; she looked like a warrior, ready for combat. Since I was so stunned, she easily threw me out of the ring. Ever since that day three months ago, I have been trying to talk to her, but each time she would hit on me and yell at me to go away; but you know me, stubborn as a Camerupt. I guess because of my determination to get her to see me, she began to like me because it has been three days since she has not hit me" Orron explained, his eyes far away as he described his crush.

That was when Asriel saw her at the punch bowl.

In a slim black dress, the female Lucario was every bit as hot as a Flareon, her heels giving her the extra height to match Orron. She was laughing with a Leafeon as they approached, stopping when she saw Asriel. "Orron, who is this?" the Lucario asked, looking at Asriel in curiosity. "Clara, this is Asriel, the friend I was telling you about," Orron told her patting said Lucario on the back. "Nice to know you, Clara," Asriel said, shaking her paw. "Glad to make your acquaintance," she replied back before she took a sip of her drink.

"So, are you the writer that Orron says you are?" Clara asked suddenly, surprising Asriel as he responded in the positive. "Good. Orron here also said that you are willing to do other Pokemon's papers for them, for a price that is. Can you do my research paper over Oran berries for me? I will give you twenty Poke if you do" Clara asked. "Um, sure, though not for twenty Poke; ten is fine by me" Asriel replied, sealing the deal with a handshake. "Also, it is due in two days" Clara informed him before dragging Orron onto the dance floor, getting away quickly before Asriel could respond. "Eh, that is still plenty of time" Asriel muttered to himself as he started to make his way back to Brittney, only to see her sitting alone on one side of the bleachers, appearing to be deep in thought.

Walking over to her, Asriel asked her if she were alright. "Yes, I am fine. Just thinking" Brittney responded, her voice sounding slightly weird. "Are you sure, your voice sounds a little different; did you drink something and it went down wrong?" Asriel asked, concerned for her. "Yeah; just a bit of punch" Brittney replied, her voice sounding better, if not a bit panicked. "Anyway, would you like to dance again?" Asriel asked, extending his paw to the Braixen. "Sure" Brittney replied, an odd blush covering her face as she stood up, letting Asriel lead her to the dance floor, taking a spot on the edge of the crowd, the song Shut Up And Dance With ME playing.

Smiling at his love, Asriel danced with Brittney with a fluid like grace, no doubt from all the practice he had got with his mom and grandma. Asriel noticed that Brittney was starting to get a little be handsy, but said nothing, thinking nothing of it as they danced further and further into the song.

That was when Asriel realized something was wrong, horribly wrong. When Brittney rubbed up against him, Asriel felt something moist rub against his thigh and almost stick there. 'Wait...' Asriel thought, his face turning red as he realized what it was, jumping a good ten feet away from the definitely male Braixen. "You are not Brittney!" Asriel said, almost panicking as the male progressed up to him with a lustful smile. "But I can be..." the braixen said, reaching for Asriel. "NO, stay away!" Asriel cried, his voice lost in the music as he jumped again, trying to see a way out of the sea of bodies. "Why? You were having so much fun when you thought I was this Brittney" the guy replied, drawing ever so slowly closer to him.

"Leave me alone!" Asriel cried, firing an Aura Sphere at the Braixen, sending him flying away to the side wall, the sound hidden by an increase in the songs volume and bass drop. Running into the crowd, Asriel wove his way through, trying to get away from the cross-dresser as quickly as he could. 'I have to find Brittney A.S.P!' Asriel thought desperately, thinking that over and over again as he stove off what just happened.
