Okay, here is a little side chapter for my best friend IRL and his crush. The next actual chapter for this book will be up soon; its just a little difficult to write.
Orron walked up on the stage, his usually happy demeanor gone, replaced with a low energy nervousness, wishing to tell his best female friend how he felt about her, wanting to be MORE than just friends. He took a deep breath and began to sing to himself, unaware that a very certain somebody was watching him.

I know a girl,

Who likes to drink her coffee black,

Cause sugar knows she don’t got time for that,

Leaves her desires at the welcome mat when she walks in,

Orron was about to stop when he heard another voice join his own, shocking him as he whirled around, seeing a Lucario walk on stage, her eyes locked on his as she slowly walked over to him.

I know a boy,

Who likes to keep his burner on,

He is always running with no one to keep warm,

It’s like he is flirting with the smoke alarm.

His fires fading…

Clarissa, the Lucario of Orrons dreams, stood right beside him, smiling a little nervously. Orron smiled, reaching out with a paw as they both began to sing.

But still we laugh,

We cry,

We fall,

We get high,
Just like we were kids,

Just like we were kids again,

Clarissa took the lead, smiling more openly to her crush, both remembering there childhood together. However, she looked down when she remembered some sad parts from it as she sang.

And when I am feeling small,

Clarissa looked up at Orron, smiling happily.

You get me through it all,

Orron joined her, smiling as he took her paw in his own.

Just like we were kids,

Just like we were kids again,

Orron laughed a little, dancing with the one he loved, Clarissa laughing all the while.

And I know a girl,

Who never tied to settle down.

She where’s her Lonliness just like a crown,

But when she smiles all the kings will bow down, down, down.

Orron sang, describing something he always loved about her; that enchanting smile she always had, even back when she was a Zorua.

And I know a boy,

Who had broken every vow he’s made,

Orron felt a stab of guilt, knowing what she meant. He had moved away in elementry, having promised to stay at her side as best friends for life.

Who has spoken every cowards phrase,

Orron started to back away, thinking she actually was rejecting him.

But he can listen like a rainy day,

And drown it out,

When Orron turned around , he was surprised to be wrapped in a hug, a giggle escaping from Clarissa. Orron smiled as he hugged her back, singing along as he held her.

But still we laugh,

We cry,

We fall,

We get high,

Just like we were kids,

Just like we were kids again,

Orron held her cheek as he sang, looking deep into her ruby like eyes with his sapphire own.

And when I,

I'm feeling small,

You got me through it all,

Just like we were kids,

Just like we were kids again,

Clarrisa smiled as she took both of Orrons paws in her own, joining him again in song.

Just like we were kids,

Just like we were kids again,

Just like we were kids,

Just like we were kids,

Clarissa walked closer to Orron as the song drew to an end, looking enchanting to Orron as she closed the distance between them.

And so we laugh,

We cry,

We fall,

We get high,

Orron took the lead once again, looking happy, but sad as he couldn’t help but remember there time apart.

And when I,

I'm feeling small,

Clarissa smiled up to Orron, holding the paw on her cheek as she sang, looking deep into Orrons eyes.

But still we laugh,

We cry,

We fall,

Orrons face closed in to Clarissas as the song drew to a close.

And at last, they both kissed for the first time.
