Asriel sat in the back seat with Brittney as Lisa drove them to his aunt's, talking to the braixen about his aunt; Leirsa shared the front seat with Zoey, due to their small size. "She is a Vaporeon and she is very sweet; I am sure that you will like her," Asriel said, Brittney nodding. "Yeah; she makes the best cupcakes!" Lesira said from the front seat, getting the two in the back and Zoey to laugh. "Don't let my mom hear you say that; she would take it as a threat," Brittney chuckled, getting Asriel to laugh again.

When Lisa turned down a dirt road, a sudden song started to play in Asriels mind, all the lyrics carved into his mind. Smiling, Asriel began to sing, surprising Brittney.

Asriel smiled to his love as he took her paw, Brittney smiling with a small blush.

Scooting over, Asriel wrapped an arm around Brittney, letting her wrap an arm around his waist as she leaned onto his shoulder.

"I love you," Asriel smiled to his love, giving her another hug. "I love you too," Brittney replied, smiling again before planting a peck on his cheek, now making Asriel blush. "We are here!" Leirsa called from the front, pulling Asriel and Brittney out of their moment for them to realize that Lisa had just pulled up in the drive way. Getting out of the car, Asriel made his way to Brittney's side and opened her door for her. "Thank you," Brittney smiled, getting out of the car with Asriel closing the door behind her. "I will go knock on the door," Lisa said as she got out of the car, her door closing behind her as she moved her way up to the three story house on the hill, a wrap around porch providing shade on the patio. "I will get your bags; you go ahead with my Mom," Asriel told Brittney, the braixen nodding with a smile before trailing Lisa.

After he retrieved his and Brittney's bags, he shouldered all three of them while Leirsa did the same for him and Zoey, leading his crush up to the house with Asriel in tow. The door opened the exact instant Asriel, Leirsa and Zoey reached the front door, revealing a Vaporeon. "Lisa! It has been a long time!" the water type said, drawing in her sister for a hug. "It has," Lisa agreed when they parted as an Eevee poked her head from around her. "Azzi!" the eevee said as she ran to Asriel, giving his leg a fierce hug. "Hey Maia," Asriel greeted, petting her head as his aunt called for her to go to the kitchen. "We need to prepare lunch; go get your sister to help you," the vaporeon said. Maia nodded her head before scampering off as the Vaporeon turned to Brittney.

"Ah, you must be the one my sister has told me so much about!" she cried, looking over Brittney with a friendly eye. "It is nice to meet more of Asriel's family ma'am. My name is Brittney Blackwood," Brittney introduced, shaking the Vaporeons outstrectched paw as she chuckled. "There is no need for formalities dear; just call me Aqua," the Vaporeon chuckled before turning to Asriel. "You still remember where your room is? Good; could you show Brittney to hers? She can have the one across from yours," Aqua told him before rushing off to the kitchen, leaving the group of four to their own devices.

"Follow me," Asriel said, leading the group to the second floor, a carpeted living room greeting them. "This is the second living room; our rooms are down this way," Asriel said, sheepherding the other three into a hallway before telling them which rooms belong to whom for the stay; he and Brittney got the rooms at the end of the hall while Leirsa and Zoey got the rooms at the front of the hall.

Placing Brittney's bags in her room, Asriel told her without looking that he would be back to help her make up her bed. "All of my aunt's quilts are paw woven here," Asriel said, turning around to see Brittney looking at him with a smile and a small blush. "Thank you, Asriel; I think I will be fine making up the bed alone," the Braixen told him. "Are you sure? I don't mind," Asriel replied, shifting his own bag to his other shoulder. "I am. I will call you when I am finished putting my clothes away," Brittney told him, giving him a hug and a peck on the cheek.

"Okay. I will be across the hall cleaning up my room when you need me," Asriel told her when she broke the contact. Smiling to him, Brittney went to her bags while Asriel went to his own room, letting out a silent sigh as his door closed behind him. A large room was his own dwelling, the carpet white with the walls a dark blue, paw painted by Asriel himself.  Posters decorated the walls, all being his favorite bands, movies or book characters. "Nothing has changed," Asriel smiled as he deposited his bag onto his bed, the green and yellow quilt clashing with the room walls, but hey, those were his favorite colors.

Looking out his room window, Asriel looked down to the drive way to see his mom driving away. Smiling to himself, Asriel worked on putting away his clothes, making sure to put them away neatly and orderly. When a knock came from his door, Asriel moved over to it and opened the door to see Maia standing there, a plate in her paws. "This is for you; I made it myself!" Maia said with pride, holding out the all time classic Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich to her cousin. "Thank you Maia; it looks great!" Asriel told her, accepting the plate graciously. "Oh; Leirsa wanted me to ask you if you wanted to play Rock Band, later on, today," Maia said. "Sure; can you tell him to go set up the Play Station?" Asriel asked as he placed his food on his desk. "Sure!" Maia said before she left.

Taking a bite out of the sandwich, Asriel started to sort his books on his bookshelf, dusting it first of course. 'Tonight is going to be fun,' Asriel thought to himself.

-four hours later-

Asriel and Brittney walked out of the braixens room right as Lerisa called for them. "The game is set up!" the Riolu called from the living room. "What game is he talking about?" Brittney asked Asriel as he led her to the living room. "Leirsa wanted to play Rock Band tonight. Want to join?" Asirel asked in turn as they walked into the living room, three instruments set up in front of the television, the screen telling him that they were playing Rock Band four. "Sure; can I play the drums? I am quite good at it," Brittney said with a modest smile. Chuckling, Asriel told her that it was fine by him.

When everyone was settled in, Asriel asked what song should they play first. "How about we take turns? You can go first and we move from you to Brittney, to Zoey, to me," Leirsa suggested, getting everyone to nod in agreement. "Alright, let's see..." Asriel said as he began to scroll through the songs; since he was the singer, he knew it had to be a good one for Brittney to like. Seeing one, Asriel smiled before he selected it, each Pokemon selecting their difficulty (Brittney and Asriel selected hard while Leirsa and Zoey chose Medium).

There was a brief second of pause followed when the song started, Asriel soon starting to sing.

Asriel could not help but take a glance at Brittney as he started, seeing her eyes widen when she recongized the song.
