story #1: plot
The first trilogy revolves around the twins and their friends to stop the rebels from overthrowing the monarchy.
The Gray in Between
The story focuses on Daniel Thorne, the heir to the throne of the land of Enascor. Of course, he hates his prim and proper life, his almost always absent father, and wants to just slack off. His younger twin sister is Olivia, who is the prim, proper, and grateful child. It is customary of their people to send them to school once they become a young adult to understand a commoner's life and to understand the people they will someday rule (That's pretty stupid. I need to figure out a better reason than this).
They go to school and attend their three chosen classes. For Daniel, he chooses the class of Lithia, Tiaphora, and Hagnus (to ignore his roots of being a Royal), his main being the first mentioned. Olivia chooses the elemental classes and Imanthuria.
So in the Lithurian class, Daniel is number one, but he gets bored of that Ranking. The person in number two is a Tiaphurian Mage, Felicity Valker. He's annoyed with her blunt and sluggish persona and challenges her to competitions for tests and tasks. He always wins but asks for more because she never really gave effort.
In his final class, Haguria, he's partnered up with Richard Dravid, who he uses to get better grades because Daniel's lazy af. Richard also shares classes with Olivia, and he tells her about 'how good a friend' Daniel is, to which she says to just ignore her brother.
Daniel rants to his sister in the library and realizes that he never did but ranted to Sophia Lemin. She somewhat tutors him how to fit in this school, such as how to ignore his squealing fan girls. He realized that he liked the fact that Sophia was one of the genuinely nice people to him, so he begins crushing on her and becomes a better student to impress her.
There are rumors circulating the school, saying that there was going to be a murder tonight. The next day, there was a murder, and a message written in blood said 'Kill the monarchs, kill the heirs, free our people, long live Enascor.'
People immediately accused Felicity for killing and she is taken in custody. The next day, a student is killed again, with the same message in blood. When the body was examined, the estimated time of death was around midnight. Sophia's aunt, Professor Lemin, said that Felicity left her room to go to the bathroom around that time.
They bring this issue to the head, Merzec, who didn't want to expel and arrest Felicity yet, for he didn't believe that she was the murderer.
Meanwhile, Sophia and Richard are kind of hyped up (Sophia is a low-key Chitanda and Richard is Satoshi, I just realized that) and were curious about the murder. Olivia believes it's Felicity, believing that would be the reason why Felicity was in the quiet shadows. Daniel, wanting to impress Sophia, claims it's not, by pointing out that everything seemed too easy. Knowing how smart Felicity is, evidence wouldn't be found just like that.
Idk what to do after that. I'm really bad at writing mystery, but it's kind of obvious that Felicity isn't the killer 😂
You can throw in some ideas to make this longer. This is just the first book.
The Traitor in the Ruins
In the second book, Felicity was still taken into custody by the Amarans because of her race and the fact she might actually be a rebel (this was kind of inspired from the Anti-Terrorism Bill).
Daniel wants his rival/ friend back so he goes to his father and demands her release, only to find out that she was indeed a rebel and her Tiaphurian friends rescued her. He couldn't believe that, so he snuck out of school to follow her.
Olivia finds out and she tries to follow him to stop her brother from getting in trouble but Richard stops her, knowing she can't survive out there by herself. Sophia finds a solution because the witchcraft she's been practicing is the 'copy'
(SHARINGAN lol jk) so she creates 'dolls' to pretend to be Daniel, Olivia, and Richard.
I don't really know what to do with the middle part of the story. I realized that this is kinda becoming like Naruto Shipuuden. I know what happens in the end though 😁
The Library of Legacies
So what happens is that Daniel—
Wait, too much spoilers. Okay never mind! 😂✌️
This took me so long to write. It's only 700 words. Why is it so easy to write my Khun fanfic? I can write 1,500 words for the fanfic but I can barely write my originals 😭😭😭
