The Dark Queen - Blade - Part 3 - Drake x Reader
(Y/n) began to stir, yet her eyes stayed firmly closed. Her mind was spinning. Her thoughts, memories, recollections not seeming like her own. She felt sick. It was as if someone had used chloroform. Maybe even Rohypnol. But no, no. This was different. She had seen the effects of all manner of drugs, time and time again. It was one of the things you picked up quickly, when you spend time working in an emergency department, at any big hospital. She had been a doctor for years. Living in a blissful ignorance. Never knowing that out there was another world beyond her own. The world of the vampires and their mortal familiars. Or at least she hadn't known about it until that fateful night in the E.R. Until one of them had been brought in. Until it had attacked the other doctor that was assisting her, and the nurses. Until she had watched her co-workers. Her friends. Be slaughtered by the monster.
For some reason, when it had done with the others, it had not come for her. Instead, it had just looked at her as she had stood there, motionless, yet strangely, unafraid. Its dark, dead eyes staring blankly into hers, as the blood dripped from its mouth. She had not known what to do. What, if anything, there was to say as the man continued to stare. Emotionless. Then she had heard the sounds of the security guards rushing to where she was. The scream of the alarms. The creature appearing to nod respectfully, before it crashed from the cubicle. Knocking trolleys and people out of the way, as it disappeared back into the blackness of the night. Leaving (Y/n) speechless. Dumbfounded. Never knowing why, she had not been killed like the others. But as the memories, the dreams that she had been having, flooded her mind, she believed that she finally knew. That the visions that were currently filling her conscience, were hers. She had been there. Truly been there amongst the hordes of human dead. She was no longer who she thought she was. Now she felt like she was someone else. That she was her old self. Her true self. Though as her mind continued to drown helplessly in the flood of recollections of a past life. There was part of her old self, that was still fighting to remain. To not let this new persona completely take over.
Taking a deep breath, (Y/n) finally opened her eyes. She was on a large bed, in a room that she had never seen. A room that wasn't hers and Hannibal's. Hannibal? Of Course. Where was Hannibal? The last thing that she could remember, was kissing him. His beautiful goofy smile making her heart flutter as it always did. She could remember the end of the little jetty. The warm evening breeze, and then.........and then the smell. Then him.........him! Where was he? She had to find him. To see him, to be sure that he was real. To hold him.........
"I'm here, my love." That same warm honey voice suddenly said. (Y/n) turning to see the man that now seemed to fill her every though. Her every memory and desire. Any notions of what had happened before, disappearing as she looked up into his dark eyes.
"D-Dagon? Is......is that really you, my love? How.....how is this possible? I was......they........" (Y/n) asked, as she looked at the man that drew ever closer. (Y/n) throwing herself into his arms as he took a seat by her side, on the bed. The progenitor of the Homines nocturnae, sure that he could feel his long dead heart, beat again, as he felt the warm body of his love once more. He would give everything to stay this way for the rest of eternity. Just he and his love. But at this moment, she was still mortal. As mortal as the night that he had first met her, all those millennia ago. Yet this time, there was another soul fighting to keep its place. Another soul that must be wooed. Another soul that must love him as much as his lady did, so that he could once again make her his. So that once again he could be whole. So that he could be indestructible.
"Where........where am I? I.......I don't recognise this place." (Y/n) finally managed to ask, as Drake reluctantly let her leave his grasp. His fingers combing through her hair that tumbled down in waves over her shoulders.
"Where is Hannibal, Blade. Whistler? I need......I need to get back. I had something important that I had to do. Something to do with.....to do with.........." (Y/n) asked, dropping her head into her hands.
Part of her was telling her that she had to leave wherever this was. That she had to leave this man. That she had to get back to Hannibal. But the other part. A stronger, more ancient, more malevolent part was making her want to stay. Was making her want to give her all, to the creature whose hand was gently caressing her back. His cold touch, sending icy shivers down her spine.
"You are safe with me, my love. And do not worry about the others. Soon they will no longer be of concern to you. Not even a memory. Now that I have found you, I am not going to let you go again. The mortals took you from me once, but they will never do it again. You are mine, for all eternity. And we will rule over this world, as we did before." Drake assured. The vampire placing his hand underneath her chin, and slowly raising her head so that he could look deep into her eyes. (Y/n)'s heart pounding, as his fingers slowly moved to caress her neck and then the tops of her breasts.
"You look beautiful." Drake said softly, as (Y/n) finally noticed that she was no longer in her normal clothes, but a blood red gown. Its length spread out across the bed.
"It suits you far more than your other clothes. This is how a queen should be dressed. This is how my queen should be dressed." The vampire added, as he slowly pushed her body back onto the mattress.
"Let me love you. Let me remind you of what we had. Let me feed you again." Drake continued. (Y/n) gasping slightly as she felt his teeth brush against her neck.
"Let me take away all doubt. Let me show you who you really are. Who you have always been." The Homines nocturnae growled, as (Y/n) moaned. Drake's hands slowly pushing her legs apart. His body moving in between them as he continued to kiss her heated flesh.
(Y/n) could see Hannibal's face as her eyes fluttered shut. She knew that she had to get back to him. That she loved him. Yet with every kiss, her will to fight the creature was disappearing. Her want to not be his, long gone, as his hand wrapped her leg around his waist. She was lost, yet she didn't care. The image of Hannibal's face slowly fading as she surrendered to the creature.
"Show me, my love. Love me. Feed me. Make me yours again. This time, forever." (Y/n) hummed. Gasping as she felt him push himself inside her. The feeling at once so alien, but then so wonderfully familiar. (Y/n) knowing that she was home, as their bodies moved as one. As if this was where she truly belonged. Had always belonged.
