Pros: she able to control it better than most quirks and she's experienced with her quirk and is powerful.
Cons: she wouldn't hesitate to kill someone who hurt her family or friends, she's afraid that she'll regret doing something once she let's go of her power and act on instinct, she's afraid of watt voltage which is basically Denki's quirk.(meaning that she avoids him at all costs)
