I woke up with a start. I reached over to Lucas and sighed when I felt him asleep next to me. I thought Lucas holding on to me would help but it didn't. It only made things worse.

After I went to sleep when Lucas came, in I had the dream again but George had killed everyone but me so I would watch my family die. I woke up twice last night crying but quietly so Lucas wouldn't wake up.

The phone rang and I jumped. I picked it up and answered, "Hello?" "You think you can just have some police officers watch me? That's not going to work. I'm coming for you and that baby of yours. Watch your back," the voice said before it hung up. George.

I dropped my phone and tried to keep quiet. I couldn't tell Lucas about this or he would freak out. I went downstairs to make breakfast when my morning sickness kicked in. When I came back out of the bathroom I made breakfast.

I made blueberry pancakes and sat down eating them. Lucas came down a couple of minutes later, "I'm taking you out tonight. So, be ready." "Ok. Where will we be going?" I asked. "It's a surprise," Lucas smirked. "What's with boys and surprise dates?" I laughed.

"It just makes seeing your face so much more amazing," Lucas smiled at me. I laughed and kissed him quickly. We got ready and the rest of the day we spent at the beach. "I'll be right back. I have to go to the bathroom," I said. Lucas nodded and I went away.

I came back and felt the urge to slap someone. By someone I mean that girl that keeps appearing out of no where and flirting with Lucas. I stomped up to her and yelled, "What are you still doing trying to flirt with my husband?"

"Oh he's still your husband, I thought he would have left your ugly face by now," she sneered. "What is your name anyway?" I scoffed. "Lindsey," she smirked. She leaned close to Lucas and said, "Why don't you just come with me and ditch her?"

Lucas's face went red and he said, "How do you not get the clue that I want you get away from me?" Her face went red but quickly softened. "It's ok babe, I know you are just trying to play hard to get. But don't worry, you'll come to me. They always do," she said as she got up and walked away. She turned around and blew an air kiss to Lucas before turning a corner and disappearing.

"What the heck is her problem?" I asked angrily. "I don't know but I don't care. You are all I care about," Lucas said. He leaned in to kiss me but I pulled away laughing, "Ew, no. Boys have cooties!" He started to laugh and I got up running away from him into the water.

He got up and ran in after me. He disappeared under water and soon I felt arms picking me up. Lucas threw me back into the water and I decided to trick him. I stayed under water and swan away. I came up about 10 feet away from Lucas. I saw his face drop and he started looking through the water for me.

I laughed silently and swan up behind him. I jumped onto his back and he screamed. I fell in the sand laughing. "It wasn't funny," he pouted. "Oh come on you big baby. You'll be fine. Now give me a kiss and forgive me," I said.

Lucas pouted and turned away. I laughed and said, "Fine, maybe I'll go find some other guy and kiss him."
Lucas turned around and grabbed me. He kissed me and whispered, "You are mine. If I even see a guy looking at you in a prevented way I will punch the living day lights out of him."

I smiled at how protective he was of me. I kissed him and then we walked back to our house hand in hand. Today was a good day. Besides, the phone call. Now, how do I tell Lucas?

I pushed the thought aside as I got ready for my date with Lucas. He told me earlier to dress casual so I put on a tank top with shorts and flip flops. I put my hair up in a bun and put my sunglasses on.

"Ready to go babe?" Lucas asked. I nodded my head and we got into the car. He put a blindingly around my eyes and I laughed saying, "Is this really necessary?" He laughed, "Yes, yes it is."

I waited in the car as he drove for what seemed like forever. Finally I felt the car stop and I heard Lucas get out. He opened the door and helped me out. He took off my blindfold and gasped. It was a carnival! I smiled really big as I grabbed Lucas's hand so we could go enjoy the rest of the day.
