I wiped my tears away as I heard footsteps. I turned around and saw Lottie.

"Hey Kacey," she said. "Hi, Lottie," I replied. "I think you should go back there," Lottie told me. "I can't," I told her.

"Why?" She asked. "You don't know how it feels to have your parents give you up, then years later find you but bring another kid with them. When my mom said that she was my mom all I could think about was how they had another kid, but gave me up," I said.

Lottie sat down next to me and gave me a hug. "Maybe you should talk to them. There might have been a reason why they have you up and not Matt," she said.

"Matt?" I asked. "Your brother," Lottie explained. I nodded my head and thought about what Lottie had just said.

Maybe there was a reason...

I got up and walked back with Lottie. We walked in silence and when we got back Lucas ran up to me and kissed me.

"I'm so glad you are ok," he said. I smiled and hugged him. I went inside where my family was sitting.

I sat down and said, "Hi." They smiled and replied, "Hi."

"I know you have a lot of questions for us and that's why we are here, to answer them. So tell me your questions and we will answer," my Ma said.

"Just start from the beginning and go from there," I told them.

My Ma nodded her head and began to tell me our story.

So, Kacey will be calling her real mom 'Ma', her real dad 'Pa', her siblings by their real names, Jen will be called 'mom', and Colin will be called 'dad.'

There's your guys triple update today! Maybe a fourth one? Idk, I'm going to try and update my other books first though! ;)
