It's been two months since Lucas and I found out that I was having twins. I was so happy. We decided to wait and find out the gender when our kids were born.

We had also been picking names and had come up with some. Lottie has been trying to get it out of me but I haven't told her or anyone else what we had chosen.

My phone rang and I was snapped out of my thoughts. It was my mom. "Hey mom," I said happily. "Hi Kacey, umm I have a question for you," mom said. "What?" I asked.

"Well, what happened with your parents?" Mom asked. "You mean my real parents?" I asked. "Yeah," mom confirmed.

"Well, I was given up when I was 2 and my parents never came back for me," I whispered. "Do you know why they never came back?" Mom asked.

"No," I told her. "Well, pack your bags because you are coming back home to visit and meet your real parents!" Mom said. "Wha-at?" I asked, shaking with nervousness.

"Kacey, we found your real parents, and they want to see you."
