I'm Hong. I'm Mr Lam's student.I'm writing this letter to inform you that our class are going to hold a feast for Mr Lam. We want to make something which is special for him before he's going to go away from us. I hoped that you will be pleased enough to give me some information.

The first thing I would like to know whether or not Mr Lam is free on the next Sunday afternoon. Our class celebrate this feast because we want to say google and good luck to him on his way to London. And we want to thank him teaching us as he is the best teacher we have studied.. So can you please tell me which present he likes best ?. I'm sure that when he comes, he will be extremely surprised. We all intend to hold the feast at........... It's the place where he taught us 3 months ago. In order to make sure that everything is kept in secret, we suggest you not reveal anything about our plan.

Finally, I hope that you can join our feast on that day. Give my best wishes for you.
