I hope everyone isn't sick of these things yet. The idea for this came to me earlier today, and since I've been plotting depressing sequel things for most of the week, I wanted to do something happy. 

Baby Alverdyne totally stole his dad's hat before this. Sedgewick took it as a sign of future greatness, naturally.

Fun fact: you can't actually levitate people with magic. How is Sedgewick still doing it? The world will never know...

Also, don't take this as a confirmation of happy-future-things. I still reserve the right to make my characters miserable at an given moment. Bwahahaha...
