Bhamini 's royal bedroom

"Pranam Bua sa ! Riddhima touched Bhamini "s feet as she was taking rest in her room . Smiling, she blessed her .

"It's been a long time , I have seen you ...how are you?

" I am fine " . She smiled .

"Are you taking enough care of my Ragini and Uday Kshetra? She asked , unbeknownst of the truth. Only you are the one whom we can trust and you are the one who can be the true well wisher of my princess.

. Riddhima smiled but replied nothing. Only if BuaSa had known the truth.!

"Bua sa I have come here to draw your attention to something very important, since you are the senior most of the Antarmahal . "

Bhamini Devi was confused .

"Am I forgetting something ?" she asked .

"This is Rajasaye ''s first visit as the son -in -law in Manyabhum. Don't we have to prepare for Ranibhog? I just came here to ask you for permission about when and how to conduct it .

Bhamini Devi was dazed and then she laughed .

"I presume I am now getting old , otherwise I would have remembered it . You are really an asset of our kingdom. This concern shows how much you love my Ragini ! "

She patted Riddhima "s head .

"Start your preparation of Ranibhog ! Permission granted!

Riddhima came out of Bhamini 's bedchamber and murmured,

"How will you avoid me now Rajkumari?" You will have to come face to face . But remember One thing ... The Ranibhog will be fed to the King by his own wife no one else ".

What is Ranibhog ? Jagruki asked curiously to Yajura , as the preparation of the same started as soon as the permission was granted.

"It is a royal dessert cooked by the Queen herself , after The king for the first time arrives at her paternal house . It will be first offered to Mahakal and then to Rajasaye . Rajkumari Ragini will prepare it tomorrow.

Why will she prepare that ? Toral was confused.

Yajura rolled her eyes and replied .

"Because she is the wife and the queen."

But...Toral tried to say something.

Jagruki pinched Toral and instructed her to zip her mouth .

"What the hell is happening !" asked Toral in a whisper to Jagruki .

"Toral stop reacting every now and then ...just remember We are entitled to follow Ranisaye, If she had decided to arrange Ranibhog for Rajasaye...We will silently follow her instruction."

The garden(Manyabhum)

Vansh was strolling aimlessly. His mood was foul . It's been quite a long time since he had taken food , bath and rest . He really was in a need to clear his mind , compose himself and control his anger . Nothing but only nature can soothe his mind . He was walking through the beautiful lush fields. Mango trees were in abundance here . Manyabhum is a country , which is blessed by rain . The entire garden area was greener and fresher . It was smaller than Udaykhetra but was beautiful.

As he decided to walk without any bodyguard, he was walking relaxedly. Only his sword was gleaming in his healt . A king cannot unguard himself without a weapon even if he is relaxing.

As he walked through the rose beds , suddenly an adorable scene caught his attention.

A little girl was running and hopping behind the rabbits . The small white creatures were passing in between her legs and she was giggling happily . The little girl was wearing a pink lehenga and was adorned with floral jewelry . None but the royals were allowed here .

She definitely must be someone's relative who belongs to the royals . Then why is she unchaperoned ?

He kept looking at her ,but she didn't notice him. She was too engrossed in her own sweet world. Vansh was really enjoying her antics .

Done with playing with the rabbits and the squirrels The girl suddenly, ran towards a huge Jamun tree.

The girl looked at the tree and murmured.

"It is so big ....! How may I suppose to pluck the fruits? "

She jumped to reach the nearest branch of the tree , but failed. She jumped again, but the branch was out of her reach .Vansh watched her with great amusement, as she tried harder to reach the tree .

Now her eyes welled with tears.Aww! She is too tiny to reach the tree!! Finding no other option , she gave upShe pouted and was about to leave the place . Vansh strode faster ,from the other side ,near her,and plucked the ripe jamuns for the other side.

He was 6 feet 2 inch . It was not even a job for him. The girl kept looking at him with awe. He handed over all the jamuns to her , earning an toothy grin from her.

"Why are you unchaperoned little lady? You should not roam around alone like this !"

"I have no maids "she replied.

Vansh patted her hair and smiled.

'It's almost time for the sun to set . Don't stay alone here . Go to your mother.'

"I have no mother". She replied, hanging her head low .

Vansh felt sad for her instantly.

The little girl took out a relatively bigger size of jamun and offered it to him. This was probably her way to thank her new friend.

"No dear !It is all yours ". Vansh smiled at her lovingly.

"All"? She asked to reconfirm.

"Yes ". He replied.

"What is your name ?" She asked .

"Vansh ".

What is yours ?

Supriti . She uttered. She smiled at him , full of bliss and happiness. and ran away immediately,But her smile faded at once as she heard footsteps from far away .

Clutching all her jamuns in her lehenga, the little soul ran away, as if she was hit hard by a monster. The mood so far that was foul , Vansh felt, had turned a little better . Kids, he smiled , always managed to make you happy .

The Maheswari Durga Temple

As the sun sets , the royal female members of the family went to the Maheswari Durga Temple for the Puja . The male members except the guards were exempted from this . This basically is for the married women who pray for their husband and children's well being and the unwed 's who wish to have a good husband. Riddhima changed her artire into a simple white saree , emblemed with a deep red corner . She applied all her marital signs , and covered herself with a black shawl. She tiptoed to the desolate most corner of the Ghat. ( A big pond that is barricaded with stairs) She offered hibiscus ,mustard oil , copper coin ,basil leaf , vermillion,raw milk ,sandalwood , sesame , and raw rice grain in the water . She closed her eyes ,and prayed for Vansh "s good health,happiness and long life . Finally she lit the earthen lamp wishing his success and happiness and let the lamp float in the water . After completion, she went to the small temple where an old priest was conducting the Puja . She , despite being the wife of the greatest king Vansh Raisinghania, had to perform the ritual silently . She couldn't visit the big pompous temple, rather choose a petty one where people rarely visit . The old priest gave him a pot containing vermillion, Chebulic Myrobalan and a red - yellow string to be tied on the arms of her husband. Riddhima was happy to perform the Puja ,unaware of the fact that a pair of eyes were keeping vigilance on him.

The Royal Guestroom

Vansh was standing near the window , He could feel the coolness of the breeze , The surrounding of his room was not very stuffy, The dark green foliage looks even darker when the sun sets completely . A pair of soft hands pressed his eyes exactly replicating his dream .

She thinks he would not understand her touch ? Vansh smiled at her antics inwardly. He doesn't need his vision to recognise her . He can even recognise her from a crowd , no matter how much she tried to hide herself.

He felt pulling her towards his torso , and kissed her senselessly .But he decided otherwise. His muscles were stiff .

"I know you are angry with me ... But will you not even talk to me ? She asked in a rather emotional tone . If you wish you can scold me or even I am ready to get punished. "

"So you finally had the time to meet me ". He said sarcastically , releasing her hand from her eyes .

Riddhima sighed in despair , and came face to face .

"I beg your apology Aarya "! How may I suppose to explain you ..but Things are getting complicated day by day
I have been trying to come to you since morning, but these people , in some way or another, are creating hindrance in my way .They are there in a false notion ..."

" Oh I know that "...Vansh smiled again with a taunting grin ...

"They are thinking you are just a Chaperon and Ragini is my wife ...and you have no intention to break their bubble any time soon ..." .

Riddhima was expecting he will scold or reprimand her . She was mentally prepared for a quarrel . As long as she understood him , A calm and silent Vansh is more dangerous. She recalled how he used to behave coldly ,on the initial days of their marriage. Those icy cold expressions , and menacing aura. he used to exhibit , so that she blurted out her promise .

'Aarya ... If you want , You can scold me , really ! But please don't be silent like this ... This silence of yours is scaring me ." She said keeping the pot in the nearby slab . You have no clue how I managed the situation, just to meet you ...

"Did you talk with Rajkumari Ragini ?"

He asked curtly , dismissing her .

"No, " she said with an immense amount of guilt .

"I knew it "...he smiled sarcastically.

"And I don't think you will ever talk to her ? Great !!! So finally a little girl like you ... had defeated the Great king of Udaykhetra..

." You win ....".You successfully kept your promise to your princess .... You stopped me from waged the war , You did all what you have planned till date ..

Riddhima looked at him intensely for a couple of moments and then hold his hand . She dragged her towards the exit door .

"Where are you taking me Riddhima! He said , he was surprised, but he didn't show his expression

...Vansh was in an assumption that she would cry , she would yell and protest and counter attack his allegations.

"I think you are right ...This cannot be perpetuated anymore . It's high time you should reveal everything to Maharaj Kabirvadra and Manyabhum .

" Tell them everything and let's end the matter here . "And I think I should either stay behind the bars of Manyabhum and get punished or may be I should get killed for backstabbing my King by swapping the place of his sister . But I rather not choose to go back to Udaykhetra and I don't think I should consider myself as your wife and the Ranisaye as well ''. said Riddhima these words in one go...She paused for a moment,and then declared

' This is it and the end of our caged relationship.

Vansh looked at her intensely, and then gradually his eyes turned darker in anger and disdain.

He strode faster to her , and pinned her to the wall

"How dare you" ? He growled. .

" Dare "! She smiled sarcastically..

"Do I have any right to express dare ..Am I even have any standpoint to put forth?".

Why have you given me the right to take the decisions of the internal affairs of the Udaykhetra. Your grandmother and your elder sister are prudent and experienced enough to handle the issues. You could have easily kept as a maid or a woman in need of shelter in any corner of your palace. . What is the meaning of giving me the rights of a queen , when as a husband you still cannot trust me" ?

"Riddhima stop it at once '!...he warned her , gripping her waist tightly .

But all his glares remained unheeded .

Riddhima wiping her tears continued,

"Even after happening so much , you stil think that I am scheming against you , I am taking advantage of your love and sincerity, then kill me and fed my body to your pet crocodiles . If I still had not been able to make a place in your heart , whom you can trust ..
Then don't trust me .

Dont love me ...

"You are now crossing your limit Rani saye'!! He growled

" Don't call me that ... If I were your Ranisaye! ....we would have been cuddling and kissing each other. But look at us ! You are holding me so tightly that it had started giving pain to me . "How dare they treat you like this?" How did they mistreat the queen of Udaykhetra?

Riddhima approached him, and tied the string on his right arm

"They are not mistreating me " .Had it been known who I am, the kingdom would have been in ruckus. Its princess Ragini...who is playing foul to me."

Vansh "s eyes softened in guilt and his anger melted down.

He lift her chin and lovingly looked into her honey glazed orbs

" Why are you not meeting her and clearing the doubts."?

" Do you still think that I was aware that Princess Ragini will be here....I am as much shocked as you are... If this is the level of your trust....

"Riddhima! he groaned.

" You know I lose control over my speech... when I get angry...

Why can't you understand! It has been almost two sunsets, and I am void of your warmth.. I was restless without you...

Did we ever sleep without each other except our wedding days and your periods? "

Vansh immediately spun her around, and latched his lips with her. His bite on her lips was a nibble. Then their lips synced aggressively. She clutched his shoulder and hair, and their lips fought for dominance,with each other, They released each other's lips due to lack of oxygen, Riddhima immediately hugged him and hid her face in his chest.

"I will rather die than to betray you ". There are conspirators here in every wake. This is my motherland and I myself am not able to understand who is my friend and who is not...If you will not trust me where will I go?

I tried several times to meet Rajkumari Ragini...but she is making excuses not to meet me. I don't know why she is doing so?

Vansh cupped her face in his both hands and said

"This is exactly what I am telling you...that let me tell everyone the truth. "

"But what about the promise?" contemplated Riddhima.

"Riddhima! He lifted her up in his arms, and sat on the mattress.

"You still want to keep the promise. ?"

"Aarya!" I know Rajkumari Ragini had broken my faith in the relationship called Friendship, but what would be the difference between her and me if I broke the same.

Vansh nodded his head in despair.

"Riddhima! you still have a long way to go to learn your lessons. "Promises should be kept only for them, who are worthy of it ".

"But I am still unaware of her side of the story. She kept her head on his chest.

"I know...Fine! as a husband....I will always be with you...but as a king I am giving you the time till the Gangaur festival. Deal with the problem as you want...I will be with you. But after that I will not listen to a word from your mouth.

Riddhima got down from his lap and handed him the vermillion pot.

"Fill my hairline with his special sindoor ". Vansh smiled heartily and filled her hairline,kissing her temple.

"Now I will have to go ". She hugged him tightly and kissed his beard.

"I know you miss me...but trust me the moment I will get time I will come to you...don't misjudge me

"Fine I will liberate you to go..but only on one condition.

"What "? she asked as she snaked her arms around him.

Make me sleep!

Riddhima laughed at him adorably and laid him down on her lap.

" Have you had your fruits and milk.

"Hmm" he replied.

" Did you?" He asked?

" I will have banana and jaggery rice only...as prasad.

Riddhima kept ruffling his hair and in no time he was in deep sleep.

Precap - Riddhima asked Ragini about Dhruva...Madalasa watches Riddhima to feed Vansh Ranibhog.Anangvadra and Vidyutbhadra fought a duel. Ragini tried to malign Riddhima"s character. Riddhima burns Ragini 's feet. The best friends turned to eternal foe . The ritual of Kabirbhadra 's birthday started. Vansh is shocked to know little Supriti's misery. Will he ever be able to save the little girl?
