Vansh patted her head as his fingers were caressing her silky long traces. Her hands,wrapped around his neck, and his,on the other side was gripped around her waist.

"Sssh! Calm down! Calm down! It has gone Riddhima! We are safe now! He smiled,as she snuggled more.
"I know how to take out the poison of snake bite ".

"But I dont! She said.

"I told you not to come, Why didn't you listen to me.

"To save you is my duty Riddhima." uttered Vansh with utmost concern.
"Why did you stop me?"he was curious to know her side of the story.
"To save you Rajasaye "said she promptly

Vansh lifted her chin in amusement,to see her face. Tear was brimming in his eyes.

He intensely looked at him. She clutched his shoulder firmly.

He cupped her face and their lips parted. Vansh took those soft petals in his rough ones, and in the next moment,their lips started playing with each other.

He pour all his hunger,tempt and desire as he keep sucking her pink plum lips. Riddhima "s body shuddered,as she could taste the mint of his mouth. It was a mix of cinnamon and clove.

At first she waa hesitant,but later she start reciprocating sensually and enthusiastically.

She open her mouth as he accessed his tongue into it. The kiss which was a nibble initially,soon turned into a amorous smooch.

Time passed by,Vansh immersed his lips into her,and they get parted when they felt that they were lack of oxygen.

When realization hit both of them, Riddhima's face was flushed. She immediately turned her face to the other side.

The entire journey was silent. Walking side by side had never been so awkward for them.

Both of them were tired of their journey . Shortly after arriving at the palace, Riddhima was taken to her bedroom and soon she fell into a deep sleep.

When she woke up. Jagruki was sitting near her feet quite worriedly.

"What happened Jagruki ",she asked her sleepily.

Her corset loosened a bit, braid tousled in places.
Jagruki smiled back and help her. She tightened her corset and offer her warm water to wash her face.

Usually she keeps chatting with her, telling her random things.

"Why are you so silent Jagruki, said Riddhima, as she started helping her to change and then braiding her long hair touching her thigh.

"Nothing Ranisaye"! I actually wanted to inform something to you ".

"What happened? Why are you so worried! Its scaring me yelled Riddhima.

"She is back". said Jagruki. Her tone was laddened with concern.
"Who?" Riddhima was clueless

"Mohini "! She said.

"Who is she"?

Riddima never heard this name before. And she was even more clueless,

Why She should be worried

"Mohini is....Is...Jagruki stammered as her heart ached to reveal her identity."

Who is Mohini?" Will you tell me. Riddhima shouted. Jagruki flinched back,Riddhima was never a person who would lose her cool.

But What she may supposed to tell her. The moment,the news reached to her, Jagruki,"s own mood was sour.

"Jagrukii!.Riddhima,now was at her low ebb to held back her patience.

"Everything "....Jagruki blurted out.

"She is everything to Rajasaye!"

Riddhima "s eyes widened in shock.

"What does she meant by everything?"

"Tell me every details Jagruki".She ordered

"When it comes to Mohini, Rajsaye totally becomes an other person.

He rarely comes to the main palace. Most of his time is spent in her room.

She neither let him be free to do his daily chores nor she allows him to eat or sleep in the main palace"

.huffed Jagruki.

."What"? That Riddhima was shocked will be an understatment. She is his wife,and no one should be more special than her to Rajasaye

"She is his chief concubine Ranisaye".

When Mohini came, Rajasaye spent most of his days even nights in her room, she danced and sang very well.

She usually stays for three or four days. But that is the time,she kept Rajasaye totally occupied.

He did not even arrive for lunch or dinner,not even for any important administrative affair."Jagruki ended her statement.

"Leave". Riddhima ordered her.

"Raani..saye!".Jagruki shuddered at her tone.

"I said Leave".She said in a menacing tone.

Jagruki!! Stop! She controlled her tears.

"Is Rajasaye currently  with her?"she asked.

"Y...yes! Jagruki stammered.

"Inform Maharaj!"that I am feeling extremely unwell ".I requested his presence.

Both Jagruki and Riddhima knew it was a lie. But still Jagruki was quiet.

"He will not come ".as tears brimmed into her eyes.

She was feeling bad for this pure little soul. Jagruki was actually elder than Riddhima, she instantly felt a tinge of affection and closeness for her,since they met. Riddhima 's benevolent and loving attitude towards the maids,had won her heart.

She couldn't see her crying. But at the same time, she was aware that Rajasaye had a past with Mohini,which is deep and invincible.

"I didn't ask your Opinion.Do as I ordered, Riddhima dismissed Jagruki. She for the first time was harsh with her.

"I missed you'.Mohini snaked her arms and sat on Vansh "s lap.

I missed you as well". Vansh traced his finger on her lips, as his other hand travelled into her corset to grab her bresast."

"Dont lie to me Yuvraj". Mohini whined,as if she is hurt.

"Oh just dont talk about her ".She is a traitor,lowly born,conniving woman,who trapped me in a fake marriage pursuit. I dont even want to talk about her."Vansh kept caressing her mounds,and unpinned her saree.

"What you want then Yuvraj?"asked Mohini, as she pour an amber liquid in his glass".

Riddhima looked at them. They were engrossed kissing each other. Vansh literally devoured her body and she was moaning and gigling in his arms. Riddhima was feeling numb,as if she has no solid ground to stand.

"Is she so important,that Rajasaye didn't have the time to meet his ailing wife?"

She is standing near the room where Mohini is supposed to be retain her stay. Riddhima wrapped herself in a disguise of a guard,and now had come to see How much beautiful and pre occupying Mohini is!

She knew,she had been very naive,but she couldn't control. She is not supposed to come here. Its beyond the protocol, but what to do she couldn't stop herself.

"How can he be so insensitive "! She cried, She wiped her tears, and was about to ran away, but was hit by a rock  hard  torso as she turned around

"What are you doing here".

Riddhima, was shuddered to witness her surrounding and Vansh standing near her. He was quite worried.

Vansh at once picked her up in his arms and settled down her in her mattress.

"Why are you out of bed". Was you not unwell?"He sat beside her,to check if she had fever.

"I am fit and good".Riddhima pout and looked at the other side.

How and When did she reach her own room?" Was she not supposed to stand near Mohini's apartment.

"Vaidji will arrive soon"

said Vansh,as he took her hand in his hand and caressed it.

"I dont need anyone ". Riddhima cringed like a baby.

"What do you mean by that? Vansh scurried his eye brow.

I left all my important meetings.just to meet you, as I was informed that you are unwell. And now why are you behaving like an obstinate little child?"

"Wait what?" Why he is lying. Riddhima, instantly turned to her husband,who was leaning to her.
"Why he is wearing a black Dhoti? When did he change,it was emerald green a while before.....when...

"You dont have to lie..I know you were not in any official meeting...you were with Mohini! said Riddhima in a hushed tone and then clicked her tongue,realizing what she had just blabbered.

"Mohini!" Vansh arched his brow in amusement. He definately was not with Mohini.....

He was busy discussing some Trade policies with Som and went to meet his grandmother who had just arrived from Kashi,along with her elder sister.

Realization dawned Riddhima as well. She sat up on the bed,embarrassed.She looked around her surrounding, and realized she had been in her room throughout.
"I am fine....Rajasaye! I beg your apology, I dont need any doctor".

"Well I guess..Vansh smirked, you do need a doctor"! I can smell something burning. "

Riddhima snapped at him.

"Nothing is burning "

"Oh Sure it is! ". When I came into our room, You were crying.You must have been in very deep thought,you didn't notice me....Vansh winked at her dazed face.

It was hard for Riddhima to form a proper sentence. She closed her eyes, and tried to ran away.

A firm but intimate grip hold her from behind and he pulled her to his torso.

Vansh grabbed her waist, her cheek was red in embarrassment,head was hung low. He smirked at her. She was too naive to hide her jealousy. She was caught.He lifted her chin up and ask

"What were you thinking Riddhima?"

Riddhima -"Were you not with Mohini?

"Vansh -Yes I was

Riddhima - But you said that you will not spend time with anyone after marriage!

Vansh - That I didnt.

Risdhima - Lie!!

Vansh -"Kshatriya's dont lie ".

Riddhima -Will you go to her again?

Vansh - Yes! Tonight I will.

Riddhima instantly look into his eyes, her eyes were brimming in tears.

"So you dont want me to go and spend night with her?asked Vansh.

You want to stop me?

Riddhima - I dont know!

Vansh - Will you not request me or force me not going to her?

Riddhima kept shut and  said nothing.

"Fine! I will not go to her. Neither today! Nor any other day! But in one condition. He lifted her chin again.

"Tell me the truth....I will never ever go to her.

Tears fell from both of her cheeks.

"You know I cannot tell you....then why....She burst out in tears. She herself was surprised that how weak and vulnerable she has become. She hated to admit it, But the thought that he priortize any other woman,hurts her deeply.

"I....I....cannot....she cried,clutching his shoulder.

Her sullen crying face,is the last thing he wants to see.

He pulled her in his arms.

"I think you forget that before marriage, I promised you that I will not establish any relationship,with any woman other than my wife after marriage."I am a Kshatriya Riddhima!

And I know how to value my promise.

'I didn't trick or cheat you in this marriage Rajasaye ". she said in a hoarse voice. Its just I cannot..

"We are yet to trust each other Riddhima ".He sighed and kissed her hair.

It was the desire that was binding their craving soul.

"Can I ask you something?"said Riddhima, as she was still in confusion, what she had seen just a while before.

"Ask! He caressed her hair.

"Did you have...I mean...she couldn't say it,due to her shyness.

Vsnsh smiled and mumbled

"You want to ask that if I had sex previously with Mohini right?".

Well Yes! I did. She is my chief concubine. She is the one with whom I lost my virginity. "

Riddhima gasped at his confession. I had sex with many women...before marriage! And you know that Dont you???

Riddhima nodded her head silently.

"I am 31. I had been in an active sex life when I was a bachelor. But can any mistress or concubine take the place of a wife? No! Never! If I had promised you something I will not break it.".

"Then what is so special that you want to spend time with her every single moment....".She now asked the question boldly.

She now was looking at him face to face.

"That you will know tonight ". He smirked at him.
