Ashlyn's POV

I woke up in something... I would say a cell but no, it's a huge room made a metal and has a glass roof. Where the actual fuck am I? At least I have control of Omega again!

I slowly got up and lowly growled to clear my throat. How long was I out?

Whatever... All that matters is finding a way out of whatever the fuck this place is.

I noticed that the door had a small window in it. If it's big enough for a adults hand, it's big enough for a raptors claws!

I was worried if I should shift of not. My raptor form is 10 times Bigger then a human! Where ever I am and who ever is watching me, is sure to notice THAT.

I could smell a person, so I looked in the direction I could smell them in. I saw that they were asleep. Seeing heat radiation really does come in handy, hu?

I quickly looked around the room to see if there is anything else I can use in raptor form to get out.

I noticed that the glass on the roof is very thick. "Must be bullet proof" I thought.

If I could get a good sprint in, jump on the door, get a grip on the door to help me jump off the door with high force, and dig my claws in the glass...then that would be my start to braking out! After that I just need to shift into Omega and bang my head or back against it a few times and it should break.

I quickly shifted into raptor form.

I quickly jumped on the door and into the roof, my claws didn't even do shit! "Well that's new, I thought we could brake though anything!"

When I fell on the ground, perfectly on my feet, a voice started to sound out across the room.

"Nice try, but this cage is almost as strong as the one we keep the hulk in." The voice said.

"The hulk? Dammit! I don't know what that is! I'm pretty sure it's a dude. Hmm, I'll find out who he is later. I have heard about him somewhere, I think he is a hero? Fuck, I don't know, the only powerful thing I know of is me and those two gods who I want to meet..." I thought

"This is what you get for Terrifying the city!"

I felt a small electric shock, it was enough to make me shake a small amount but it didn't hurt. I roared at the area I can sense the bastard in!

"How did that not work? I'll find out later, Until then your going to stay here sense your alive when your supposed to be extinct! Dumb ass lizard."

Okay- THAT DOES IT! I took one quick and powerful jump up to the roof, this time my claws actually went through.

I can smell him. Any sane person would be scared in this situation, it's a fucking dinosaur goddammit! Why and how is he not scared? Whatever. I got a trick up my claws that will MAKE him scared!

I felt another shock that did no damage, but I pretended that it did. That's the thing... The Indoraptor can play dead and stop it's heart beat for 2 days! I can still breath, but somehow I can stop my hearts movement!

I flopped, didn't move, and stopped my heart from beating. "This little bitch has no idea what is coming! Wait... Why the fuck am I doing this?! He is most likely going to unlock the door is maybe half a day, why not run out then? Psh, fuck scarring him! I am escaping this... Thing."

"Huh, didn't know the combination of insulting and electrical shock can kill a dinosaur" He said

"Ha... You have NO idea petty fucking human."

He came in a day later with some people dressed in... Leather? I think, definitely Looks like it. Then I looked at the guy who was talking to me the day before...

"He looks like a fancy, combat ready, modern day, pirate. His glare is just the definition of "I mean business and will most likely kill you if you don't listen to me"

I tried not to laugh at my own thoughts but failed, it came out as more of a growl though. They yelled to shut the gate but before then I was already out.

No windows... Must be some basement floor.

I didn't really worry about bullets, they hurt but they don't do any damage. Which is a great ability to have right now because they are firing at me.

I ran up 6 floors before coming across my first window. I jumped out of it, went around the corner of the building and shifted back to human "it's a good thing I am just covered in complete leather when I shift back to human. Unlike werewolves or shit like that." I thought. I then ran down the street, slowly going into a walk.

I turned around so I could see what the building was... Some place named "S.H.I.E.L.D".Can't be that dangerous right?

I then walked for what must have been a hour before I felt the hunger. Shit, I forgot when I shift into a raptor, I have to eat in that form or it won't let me eat in general.

I walked to near by Walmart. Won't be that hard... Just shift, eat, run away, shift back to normal a few blocks away. I think I can do that! Seems easy enough.

I quickly shifted and bolted in there and down the meat isle, ignoring the screams of people.

I ate at least 21 Turkey's, before I heard a gun shot behind me. I turned around.

A strong guy, about 6 foot 4, stood there pointing the gun at me. He started to speak.

"I've had it up to here" He gestured to the top of his neck "With this mother fucking raptor, in this mother fucking Walmart"

I ignored him, and turned back to eating until I felt a small bullet in my upper left hind leg.

"What is up with people shooting my ass?!" I mentally yelled.

I tuned around and roared at the guy causing him to drop the gun. I would of attacked if I didn't realize that I just roared... That S.H.I.E.L.D thing probably heard me!

I ran out the store and after I was a few blocks away I shifted in a alley. I walked out slowly and down the street so I could think of a few things.

Only two things where is my head:
1. I ate those turkeys with the rapper still on, that is gonna hurt coming out!
And
2. I can't let Stella know about this or be involved with this for her own safety.

I know exactly what I have to do... It won't be easy for Stella nor will it be for me, but it just has to happen.

But first...

I have to make a quick stop to the Court.

I sighed. The note is written, I know she will understand, but it's not gonna be easy. At all.

Knowing Stella she will brake into my home later if I don't answer my calls so I know she will find it.

I gently placed the note down on the counter.

She knows how to take care of my pets, they will be fine.
I read over the note one last time...

"Dear Stella,

Don't try and find me 'cause this won't be the last time you will see me. I have gone to live in the Forested River Valleys Somewhere in North America, it will make Omega feel free. I will be back one day, but it won't be any time soon so don't wait for me. If I am gone then New York is safe, If I am gone you are safe, from... Me. It pains me to know that I could hurt you at any given time, even kill you. I can't take that risk, I didn't take any of my stuff as I won't need it, I am staying alive in Beast mode, over time I will learn to control Omega, then I will be back. I won't let anyone find nor see me, Omega can spell them miles away! Maybe even hundreds of miles away. I will shift into raptor form and run the other way until I am 50 miles away from them. I wanted to tell you something in person but I guess I will have to do it on paper, your like a little sister to me and Pete so if you need someone to be there for you... He is there, and I will be there soon. Love you, goodbye.

Ps. Don't stress to much about life, your not getting out of it alive anyway. K, I'll go now.

I said goodbye to all my pets, grabbed my plane ticket, and just like that... I was gone.
