I walked down to the water and inflated my dingy. It took a while but finally it was filled with air and I was ready to go.

Once I had put the dingy down onto the water, I got in and set up. I had the food wrapped in a paper bag next to my pillow and the base-ball on the other side of my pillow,of course my pillow was at up the top,my blanket had been laid down across the small boat and the paddle just resting down the side of the boat. I looked down to see it all put together and I saw a bump on my blanket. I went to go push it down but when I touched it I realized it wasn't just the blanket lumping up, it was an object. It was a square item. I lifted the quilt up and saw a compass.

"I actually really need this! SCORE!!!" I put it down under my pillow.

After I had finished I looked up to see i had drifted out pretty far and could only just see the city.

"I better grab the compass to find which way to go before the land fades away." I remembered I had to head North, so that's exactly what I did.
