"Dear Mum, Dad, Family and Friends,
I'm sorry for running away on such a short notice but I was exited for adventure which is exactly what I've got. I had saved all my pocket money (which was quite a bit), and took it with me. I bought food and a dog bed (you'll see why in a second). About a day into my trip an alligator boarded my boat and I was ready to die so I hid in my boat and slept. I was so surprised when I woke up. 1) because I WOKE UP
2) Because the alligator was a baby alligator. It lived me and stayed so I named it Cally. That's why I have the dog bed. For her to sleep on.
I think I'm close to Titop.
Cally has been good company and I've been thinking of all of you.
You can't write back until I write back because I'm not going to stop. I can't wait until I get there.

I re-read the letter a few times then put it into an envelope and wrote my address on the front. I bought a stamp, put it on my letter than put the letter in the letterbox.
I ran back to the dingy and got back on the path to Titop, happy, knowing that everyone would soon know I'm ok.
