You can make natural banana ice cream by peeling 2-4 bananas and putting them in your freezer for about an hour. Then slice them up and blend in a blender. You can add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or chocolate chips if you want to add some more flavour to your ice cream!

Cell phone radiation can cause insomnia. So don't use your phone before bed--it prevents you from getting sleep!
