EPILOGUE 3[PART 1]
Epilogue: Always & Forever

A Wedding Straight Out of Chaos
If anyone had told Arsh Singhania that his wedding day would involve this much drama, he would have laughed in their face. But standing in the middle of a room filled with overly enthusiastic relatives, an overwhelmed bride, and a bunch of idiots trying to sneak extra sweets, he had to admit—this was peak chaos.
“Why are you pacing?” Rudra asked, lounging on the couch like this wasn’t the most important day of Arsh’s life. “You look like a runaway groom.”
Arsh shot him a glare. “I’m not nervous.”
Rudra smirked. “Then why do you look like you might pass out?”
“I don’t—” Arsh exhaled sharply, running a hand through his hair. Okay, maybe he was nervous. But in his defense, marrying Avika was a big deal. Not because of the wedding traditions or the grand event. But because it was her. His greatest rival, his best friend, his biggest headache, and the only person who had ever made him want to be a better man.
And today, she would be his forever.
Just then, Shrishti barged in, looking mildly panicked. “Okay, we have a minor problem.”
Arsh narrowed his eyes. “Define ‘minor.’”
“She may or may not be trying to escape from the window.”
Rudra choked on his drink. “She what?!”
Arsh was out of the room before Shrishti could blink.

Bride on the Run
In Avika’s defense, she wasn’t actually running away. She was just… taking a moment to breathe.
“You do realize that’s a third-floor window, right?” Arsh’s voice came from behind her, amused yet exasperated.
Avika turned, still sitting on the windowsill in her red bridal lehenga, looking both stunning and completely overwhelmed. “I wasn’t going to jump,” she muttered.
Arsh raised an eyebrow. “Then why are you sitting there like a Bollywood heroine mid-dramatic escape?”
Avika huffed. “It’s a lot, okay? The crowd, the attention, the aunts asking when we’re having kids before we’re even married!”
Arsh chuckled, stepping closer. “You’re literally the most confident person I know. And now you’re scared?”
She bit her lip, hesitating. “I guess… it just hit me all at once. That we’re actually doing this.”
Arsh softened. He crouched in front of her, taking her hands in his. “We’ve always been doing this, Avika. From the moment we started fighting over stupid marks to the second we realized we couldn’t live without each other. This? This is just the official stamp on something that’s already ours.”
Avika stared at him for a long moment before sighing. “Ugh. Why do you have to be so perfect?”
Arsh smirked. “It’s part of my charm.”
She rolled her eyes, finally stepping down from the windowsill. “Fine. Let’s go get married.”
Arsh grinned. “That’s my girl.”

A Wedding to Remember:
The wedding ceremony was nothing short of a full-on Bollywood extravaganza.
Rudra almost set his kurta on fire during the pheras.
Shrishti physically had to stop a group of aunties from smothering Arsh with too much kaala teeka to ward off the evil eye.
Avika’s brother demanded a ridiculous amount of money during the joota chupai ritual, and Arsh, being Arsh, negotiated a full-on business deal over it.
At one point, their pandit ji had to pause the wedding because Arsh and Avika started arguing about who fell in love first.
But despite the madness, despite the teasing and the interruptions, when Arsh tied the mangalsutra around Avika’s neck and filled her maang with sindoor, everything else faded into the background.
Because in that moment, nothing else mattered.
They were finally married.

Honeymoon Diaries: Disaster or Perfection?
“Tell me again why we chose a beach resort when I hate the sun?” Avika grumbled, adjusting her sunglasses dramatically.
Arsh, lying beside her in a beach chair, smirked. “Because I chose it. And you love me too much to say no.”
She scoffed. “I tolerate you.”
Arsh leaned closer, his breath warm against her skin. “Tolerate? Is that what you were doing last night?”
Avika turned red instantly, smacking his arm. “Shut up.”
Arsh laughed, enjoying how easy it was to fluster her.
Their honeymoon was supposed to be relaxing, but of course, nothing in their life was ever normal.
Avika nearly got them banned from a fancy restaurant because she insulted their overpriced menu.
Arsh definitely got them kicked out of a couple’s massage because he couldn’t stop making inappropriate jokes.
They had an intense competition over who could build the best sandcastle (spoiler: neither won because they got distracted and ended up making out instead).
And of course, there was that moment when Avika, in her infinite wisdom, challenged Arsh to a swimming race—despite not knowing how to swim properly.
“You said you could swim,” Arsh accused, pulling her up from the water.
“I can swim,” Avika coughed. “Just… not fast.”
Arsh groaned. “You’re going to be the death of me.”
She grinned. “But what a way to go, huh?”
Arsh shook his head. “Unbelievable.”

A Promise Under the Stars
On their last night, they sat by the ocean, the waves lapping softly against the shore.
Avika rested her head on Arsh’s shoulder. “So… what now?”
Arsh pressed a kiss to her hair. “Now? We go home.”
She smirked. “And then?”
He took her hand, intertwining their fingers. “Then we live. We argue, we laugh, we annoy the hell out of each other. And one day… we drive each other crazy with five little versions of us.”
Avika pulled back, eyes wide. “Five?!”
Arsh grinned. “You did say you wanted a big, chaotic family.”
She groaned. “I was thinking two, max!”
He shrugged. “Too late. You married me. No refunds.”
Avika sighed dramatically. “You are exhausting.”
Arsh smirked. “And you love it.”
She rolled her eyes, but a soft smile played on her lips. “Yeah. I really do.”
And just like that, with the ocean as their witness, their forever truly began.
