Author's Note

I updates because I'm really excited to show you this chapter. And don't kill me, XD. Don't worry... to the readers who said that they are afraid that this is a Jackunzel book, it isn't. Maybe for a short period of time but, it's on the title of the book! 'A Hundred Days (Jelsa)'. So, no need to get worried just have fun!

8 of 100 Days

Jack's POV

My heart is beating fast as I drove to the park Punzie told me.

I don't know why but, when she called, I didn't feel that feeling whenever she says my name. I'm also not that happy that she called me because she needed me.

I love her, right? Yet, it doesn't feel right anymore.

What's happening to you, Jack?

I stopped the car and got out. I could see Punzie from here. She was sitting on a bench with no one beside her. I sighed and went to her.

''What is it, Pu-.'' I stopped when I saw her eyes. They were red and puffy. It was obvious that she had been crying.

''Jack.'' her lips trembled as she said my name.

''What happened?'' I asked as I sat down beside her.

''Flynn got in an accident. H-he's in a coma. I don't know what to do, Jack.'' she said and my heart stopped.

''Jack Frost, is that really you? I mean, Jack, you just got busted, by a girl! And you never get busted.''

''Sorry, man.''

We've been friends for a long time. I can't believe this happened to him. I know that the girl I love loves him, but I'm not mad at him. It was what Rapunzel felt and she just followed her heart. But now, this happened to Flynn.

''When did this happen?'' I tried to stay strong in front of her. She's crying and I don't want her to feel more miserable.

''Yesterday morning. He's at Saint Michael's Hospital (made-up).'' she said and I tried to hold back my tears.

''I can't live without him, Jack. I love him too much.'' she said.

This time, when she told me this, it didn't break me or disappoint me. Why?

What shocked me was she hugged me. Maybe she just needed someone to tell her problems to. And since I was one of Flynn's best friends, she picked me.

''I cannot reach out to the others, you were the only one who answered my call.'' she whispered. I nodded and hugged her back.

''Thank you, Jack.'' she whispered.

''No problem.'' I said and patted her back. My phone rang and I saw Elsa's name on the screen. I answered the call and smiled.

''Hey, Elsa!'' the time I said Elsa's name Punzie pulled away. She looked at me and nodded.

''Hey.'' her voice was dry.

''Aww, why's your voice like that?'' I asked.

''I've been crying.'' she told me.

''Really? Are you fine?'' I asked.

''Yeah, I'm fine.'' she said.

''Where are you anyway?'' she asked me. it made me nervous and bite my lip.

''I'm at a grocery store, just buying a few stuff.'' I lied.

I don't ever want to lie to Elsa, but I don't want her hurt either. If I told her I'm with Punzie, she might misunderstood it and ignore me. I don't want that to happen.

''Oh, is that so?'' she asked as she sniffed.

''Are you watching a movie?'' I grinned. She can cry at either Titanic or The Fault in out Stars.

''Yup, I'm watching a very sad movie. And the scene I'm watching right now really makes me cry.'' she said.

''Is it Titanic or The Fault in our Stars?'' I asked.

''Nope, neither of them.'' she said bitterly.

''What is it then? What's the title and what's the scene that you're watching now?'' I asked. I found it cute that she cries at some movies.

''The Title is Jack Frost the Liar. And the scene is seeing my pretend boyfriend hug someone at the park. Also the part where he lied to me.'' when she said that, the world stopped spinning around me.

I looked around me and found her beside a tree not so far away from us. She had her phone against her ear. From here, I could see the anger in her eyes. I stood up and Rapunzel did too. I think she noticed that Elsa have been watching us.

She ended the call and turned her back.

''Elsa!'' I called out. She didn't stop or look back at me.

''Elsa! Elsa, please let me explain!'' she stopped and looked at me.

''Explain? You have nothing to explain! Seeing you two together and lying to me for her tells me the answer! Bam! My work is done! Done! You should have told me. You didn't have to lie.... because I would understand that you still love her.'' she said and I frowned.

''Punzie and I aren't together. i just-.'' I stopped when I noticed her going to her car.

''I'm really sorry fro Elsa. Um, bye.'' I said quickly to Punzie.

''No, I'm sorry.'' I heard her say but I continued to go to Elsa. I went to the passenger's seat and sat there.

''Get out of my car.'' she said.

''I'm not getting out of you're car until you let me explain.'' I said.

''You don't need to explain. I'm fine.'' she said and quickly wiped away a tear.

''No, you're not. What you saw earlier was just a-.'' I didn't get to continue what I was about to say since she started the car and drove fast making me sit back.

She stopped the car in front of an abandoned house.

''Why are we here?'' I asked.

''I thought you wanted to explain? Well, I'm giving you a chance to, but I don't want to see her face while you do it.'' she said and looked away.

Is she.... jealous?

''Okay, first of all... I want to tell you that Flynn is in the hospital, h-he's in a coma.'' I said making her look at me with sadness in her eyes.

''He's in a coma?'' I nodded at her question.

''And second, she hugged me first since she needed someone to tell her problems to. I hugged her back because she needed it.'' I said and she was still glaring at me.

''That wasn't the point. You lied to me. Why? I understand that you would love to hug her back.'' she said and held on the steering wheel tightly.

''Because I didn't want you to get hurt.'' I said.

''But now, you did. And what makes you think I'll get hurt?'' she asked. It shut me up.

Why am I disappointed at what she asked?

Was I hoping that..... no, stop this Jack.

''Because I don't want you to misunderstand what was happening between us! I didn't want you to walka way from my life and I don't want you ignoring me because your attention is the important to me and I don't want to lose it. I don't want you thinking that I am keeping secrets from you. Because of all this lies, you are the only truth!'' I said fast. I didn't know what I was saying. But then, I didn't regret what I said.

Elsa's POV

W-what did he just say?

I didn't get to reply to him. I'm... I'm too embarassed because of what I did earlier. I could tell that Jack was waiting fro me to talk but I didn't bother to. There was an awkward silence and I can't help but feel uncomfortable. Then, I felt a warm breathe against my ear causing me to flinch a bit.

''If she gets a hug, you'll get this....'' he breathed out and pulled me closer to him.

That's when I realized that.... that he was kissing me.
