Jack's POV

BANG

I felt something thick and hot on my hand. My hand that was resting on her side. Her head dropped and it rested on my chest.

"Elsa? Elsa!" I put my finger on her chin and she was pale.

"Aah. Aaahhh!" I screamed and cried. Her lips were dry. I looked at her side and saw something.

RED. RED BLOOD.

The world stopped spinning around and my breatge hitched.

"Help! Help us! Please! Elsa! Elsa, wake up! Please don't ever rest. Stay with me!" I said while shaking her. I just have one thing in mind.

Elsa. She needs to be safe.

I carried her bridal style and went to the school's parking lot. I quickly unlocked my car and put her in the back seat. She needs larger space. I closed the door and went to the driver's seat. My shaking hands put the key in the key ignition but then, since they were shaking and I was nervous and hurrying, the key fell on the floor.

"Shit!" I cursed and put it there. I started the car.

"Elsa, please. Please stay." I said while running and holding her hand. She's lying down on the OR table and nurses were pushing it. We were close to the Operating room.

"Sir, you have to stay here." a nurse told me abd I stopped running. Unwillingly, I let go of her hand and watch as she was taken into that room.

I quickly punched the wall as hard as I can. The tears that I were holding on continously fell. I sat down on a chair and put my hands on my face.

I'm sorry..... Elsa.

"We got the bullet out from her body successfully. But, we have to observe her for a few days." the doctor said making me laugh happily.

"Thank you! Thank you very much, doctor!" I said and shook his hand.

"Glad to help. Now, will you excuse me for awhile." he said and was starting to walk again when I stopped him.

"Is she awake? Can I see her now?" I asked the doctor. He cleared his throat.

"She's asleep. And family only." he said.

"Her parents are away. They are in the other side of the world, working hard to get money for their daughters. I'm her boyfriend. I'm her only family now together with her sister." I said truthfully.

"Well, I think you can go see her now." the doctor said and I nodded. I quickly ran to Elsa's hospital room and opened the door.

There she is...

Laying down like a sleeping beauty. I smiled. She's fine now. I pulled a chair quietly and sat beside the bed. I tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. I brushed her cheek with the back of my hand.

"I'm so happy your safe now. You don't know how worried I was when I saw that you were shot. I'm sorry that I ddin't know who shot you. I promise you, I will protect you.

I will be the most protective boyfriend in the world when you open you eyes. I will not let anyone hurt you. I hate it when you look really pale and you frown. Please, whn you open your eyes, I want to see your smile." I said and kissed her forehead. I realized that Anna should about what happened.

I stood up and walked to the door. Before leaving....

"I almost forgot. I love you, Elsie." I said and closed the door. I got my phone out of my pocket and dailed Anna's phone number.

(WHAT!?!?!) Anna's voice yelled in fruatration.

"Hey! No need to shout! Gosh, what if I got deaf because of you? What's wrong?" I asked.

"I was close to kissing Kristoff! But then, your phone call disturbed us!" Anna whined making me chuckle.

"Woops, sorry. But, I think what I'm going to tell you is more important than sucking each other's faces. Your sister's in the hospital. You want to visit?" I teased.

"WHAT!?!?! Oh my God! I'M COMING!!!!" I heard her voice yell. I laughed nad ended the call.

Elsa's POV

"ELSSSSAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!" My eyes opened when I heard Anna's voice.

-_- When will her voice lower down?

Oh God, thank you for a very sweet yet annoying sister.

"Anna, she's taking a rest!" I heard Jack say. I looked at the door and saw Anna stopping herselg to laugh.

"You look like crap, sis." she giggled.

"Wow, thanks a lot. I just got shot and that's what you'll tell me?" I asked -_-.

"Hehe. Peace! I'm glad your fine!" she said. I smiled.

"Say, who tried to kill my sister? Huh!? Let me at it!" Anna asked Jack.

"I don't know. I'm sorry this had to happen, Elsie." he said.

Elsie.

That was what he called me when we were kids. Oh, those old times.

"No worries, Jackie." I said.

"You still remember?" he asked while smirking.

"Of course. Why would I forget?" I asked.

"Okay, okay. Enough with the mushy stuff!" Anna said stopping us. I glared at her.

"Anna." I said in a warning tone.

"Sorry. Ok, go! Be Romeo and Juliet again. I'll be watching! Any popcorns?" Anna asked and I glared at her even more.

"Ok. Fine! Sorry!" she said and zipped her mouth.

"Jack, what did the doctor say?" I asked Jack.

"Can we just call each other with the ie at the end? It sounds sweet and cute." Jack requested and I blushed.

"Fine." I whispered.

"Well, they have to observe you for some reason. So, you have to stay here for a few days." he said making me frown.

"That means I won't be going to school tomorrow?" I asked and he nodded.

"It's for the best. You have to. And besides, it's friday tomorrow so you'll only br absent for a day." he said and I pouted. I want to go to school.

"Eh. But don't worry. I'll be eating lunch with you here since the school is near. And then, after school, I'll be staying here with you. K? So don't be sad, Elsie." he said and hugged me. I smiled secretly.

"Ok, Jackie." I said and hugged back.

"Ehem. EHEM. EHEEEEMMMM!!!!" Anna faked cough. I glared at her and pulled away from the hug.

"You can go, Jack. I'll be fine here with Anna." I said.

"Are you sure? I mean, I could stay here. For the night?" he asked.

"No. I'm fine." I said reassuringly and he smiled. But worryness didn't leave.

"Ok. Bye, Elsie. I love you." he said and kissed my cheek.

"Bye. I love you too, Jackie." I said and watched him go away.

"Wooohh!! Best movie of the year!" Anna cheered.

"I hate you." I said and she blew flying kisses to me. I giggled and shook my head.

Oh well.
