This would be the device. It's DNA locked to you, so only you can use it. Once inserted into you, it will inject a compound in your bloodstream that makes your Blood have similar radioactive levels to that of a Alpha Titan, give you immunity to all sorts of Radiation and energy absorption.

Bio: This is made from an unknown dimension that was sent in the World of Godzilla and the military managed to get a hold of it. Many scientists studied this strange wrist device as it soon became known that it contained energy of Hollow Earth Itself.

Because it can fot into a human's wrist, many people(soldiers, scientists and even civilians) tried the device on to see if either of them were compatible to be its user. However, the device reject each one of them. Some even died from either from the electric shock or the Hollow Earth energy overloading their bodies.

Due to the dangerous risk, It was kept locked up for a few years until a young man named Y/n came to the picture.

[Capabilities of the device]
Capture Mode: used to scan Kaiju DNA to add a new DNA sample to in internal Codon Stream or unlock one for use. A function activates from the front part of the KaijuTrix which opens up to reveal an LED that scans a Kaiju's whole body with a light blue holographic laser wave beam.

Communicator: A built-in device allowing you to contact people of your choosing.

Holographic Viewer: This projects a Holographic motion picture of something you wish to show others.

Revert: Allows you to manually de-transform back to your normal self, but still in your giant form. Doing it twice, revert you to human size.

Hollow Earth-based energy Generation: The fuel that powers this Device and why Y/n is enhanced and can live longer. Y/n was also able to charge up blue energy into his hands and feet, allowing him to perform stronger hits.

Kaiju Translator: A built in Translator that allows Y/n to Speak to the Kaiju as they were speaking his language.

Longevity: Due to your DNA being rewritten to the smallest atom, your Lifespan is increased tremendously as you can life just as long as Kaiju.

Giant Mimicry: Y/n can transform into a giant, a humanoid being of prodigious size and strength common in most Kaiju. Most obvious changes are increased size (ranging from relatively normal-sized but big to huge to closer geological scale), strength and endurance.

Radiation Immunity: The user is either immune to radiation or its effects. Astonishingly, the user could traverse areas where normal creatures, would succumb to Acute radiation syndrome. They could simply detect radioactive substances; through its affects alone and without a Geiger counter.

Radiation Absorption: The user can absorb all forms of radiation and use it in some way, as in augmenting their strength, durability and possibly even regeneration of their bodies.
