I groaned, my head was killing me. I slowly got up, looking at my surroundings. I felt like I was supposed to say something, so I opened my mouth.
"Hey guys! Aphmau here."
Whoa, what?! I guess my name was Aphmau. But who was I talking too?
I just shrugged it off. I started towards the direction the sun was setting at, some innate survival instinct kicking in. I knew I couldn't last long without food or a weapon. Might as well get some wood to make weapons and a shelter. I noticed a nice birch tree in a hill, looking over a little dip in the land. A perfect strategic place.
That was, before, someone decided to take the middle two logs! I mean, who spent cut down the whole tree?!
"Hey, you come back here!"
I hated when people did that. Okay, I guess that was another thing about me, a pet peeve. I didn't have time to ponder it, as he was getting farther and farther away. I ran as fast as I could to catch up. I wove through trees, jumped over holes and ducked under low hanging branches. I was right on his tail when he suddenly turned and hit me over the head. I was dazed, and I felt like I was supposed to be somewhere else, somewhere important...And then everything faded to black.
