[Sora's P.O.V.}

  After a long and stressful night, I wake up in the Pokemon Center. I'm still trying to figure out how and why that explosion happened and the fire started.

  "Good morning Sora. I'll be eating breakfast in the cafeteria. See ya!" Gold runs off, and I rush to the bathroom.

  I get dressed in my usual outfit and make my way down to the cafeteria, where Gold is chatting with an energetic girl and her Pichu.

  "Oh hey! Sora what up?" I spin around on my heel and see Riker walking towards me, a plate of food in his hands. I crack a grin at the goofy look on his face and make my way to sit by Gold.

  "Hey Riker. Morning Gold. Who is this?" I ask politely, catching a look at the pretty girl in front of me.

  She has long brown hair and crystal blue eyes, and a huge smile on her face. She's wearing a sky blue top with a blue scarf around her neck. She also has on a pair of jeans, black boots, and a blue purse to finish off her outfit.

  "I'm Amity. Nice to meet you! I'm here in Johto to enter the Pokemon Contest in Goldenrod!" She giggles and pats her Pichu, who chirps with enthusiasm.

  "Nice to meet you too. I'm Sora, and I'm going to Goldenrod to get my third gym badge." I beam at her and Gold stifles a laugh, making it noticeable.

  "Good luck with that Sora, because Whitney is hard to beat. Plus she's a big cry baby when she does lose." Gold starts laughing, obviously making fun of this Whitney chick.

  "I don't care, I'm still determined to get that badge. Now what are we waiting for? Let's eat and hit the road." I laugh and start eating like a starving Tepig, devouring my pancakes and bacon in no time.

  "C'mon boys, let's go! You can come too, Amity, if you would like." We all walk out of the Pokemon Center, chatting about what the next town is going to be like.

  "Someone help! My daughter! Someone stole her Pokemon and took her into the forest!" A young woman screams, obviously panicking. I take action, dashing into the forest, my group of friends not far behind.

  "Biiiii! Cele!" A small green blur flies past me, knocking a man into a tree. A young girl isn't too far from him, staring in awe before grabbing her Poke Ball back and dashing off back to her mother.

  "Thank you, Voice of the Forest. You were of great help to that young girl." The same Kimono girl approaches us, a small smile on her face as she sees me.

  "How's your egg doing, darling?" She asks, and I pull out my egg, having forgot about it in since the forest fire.

  "It's fi-" I get cut off by a bright white glow coming from the egg. Soon after the glow comes a crack along the smooth surface. The crack deepens before the egg shatters, leaving a baby Togepi in my arms.

  "Aww. She's so cute!" I squeal, gently hugging the small Pokemon to my chest.

  "Are you my mama?" She asks in her adorable baby voice. I can't help but smile at her and cradle her close.

  "Yes I am. You're my little baby and I'll always be your mama." I coo in her ear and she dozes off, clutching a tuft of my hair as she slowly opens her mouth, drooling a little.

  "Oh, how adorable. I see that you also have two Eevee on your team. What will you evolve them into?" The Kimono Girl asks, interested.

  "An Umbreon and Espeon, because of their personalities, unless they wish to be something else." I announce happily, and she nods before disappearing into the forest.

  "Biiii. Celebi." The small green Pokemon happily floats onto my shoulder, playing with my hair.

  "It's nice to meet you, Guardian. I am your protector, Celebi, the Voice of the Forest." Her cute and childish voice rings in my head and she happily flies around me.

  "It's nice to meet you too, Celebi. Can you guide us through the forest?" As soon as my question is asked, Celebi takes my free hand and starts to guide us through the forest.

  "So can you tell me why I'm called, 'Guardian' because two voices have told me this." Sadly, Celebi shakes her head at this question and a familiar voice rings out in my head, making me even more confused.

  "Only time can tell, Guardian. Only time can tell." Time. Celebi is known as the time-traveling Pokemon, so why couldn't she tell me. Then again, Dialga is the ruler of time itself.

  "Kirli? Lia? Kirlia?" A small green and white Pokemon appears from the bushes, eyeing me with curiosity, making me grin as she disappears back into the forest.

  After a while of walking, we stumble upon a shrine, where Celebi disappears, leaving me thoroughly confused.

  "Let's just keep going, Sora. I know the way out." Gold happily takes my hand, causing me to blush, and drags me out of the forest, where a dirt path is heading to the big city.

  "A daycare!" I squeal in excitement, holding Togepi close as I make a mad run for the doors of the beautiful building.

  "Gold!" A girl with long brown pigtails and chocolate brown eyes tackles my golden eyed friend.

  "Lyra! What're you doing here?" He asks, petting the Azumarill at her side, who purrs at the attention. I keep heading for the daycare, dying to see all the amazing Pokemon left here to be cared for.

  "Why hello there! I'm the daycare lady, but you can call me Granny." A frail old woman kindly leads me to the fencepost which holds in all the Pokemon they have there.

  "I can just tell by looking at you that you will be a great trainer one day, and you seem to have interest in my daycare." Granny smiles at me, handing me a Poke Ball.

  "This is an abandoned Pokemon. Take good care of her. I believe in you Guardian." And with that, Granny disappears into her daycare yet again.

  "Hey Gold! We need to hurry to Goldenrod. I have to store some Pokemon in the P.C." Two Poke Balls on my belt burst open, letting Rosa and Void out.

  "Sora, we need to talk about something." Rosa's sad voice interrupts my thoughts about who to put in the P.C. and Void sighs sadly.

  "Tonight is a night where Eevees and other uncommon Pokemon find their mates before making homes in Ilex Forest. We both would like to participate. We both love you so much." Void continues on, a sad look on his face as he dares to say these words.

  I take in a deep breath, almost crying at the thought of being unable to make memories with these two Pokemon. Sassy Rosa and Calm Void, even if we haven't done much together, I feel as if they are two of my closest friends.

  "If it is what makes you two happy, then I will let you." A tear strolls down my cheek, and I realize that these two would be happier this way.

  "Gold, we're coming back here tonight, so I can say goodbye to avoid and Rosa." I whisper the last part, earning a shocked gasp from the golden eyed teen, Amity, and Riker, while Lyra stands there, glaring at me.

  "So you're abandoning your Pokemon? What a horrible trainer you must be." She growls at me, causing me to fume and almost make a rerun of what happened to Jasmine.

  "No, I'm not abandoning my Pokemon," I snap, "I'm letting them mate tonight because that is how they will be truly happy." I growl at her, and her eyes show her relaxing.

  "I'm sorry for assuming that. It's just that so many trainers leave their Pokemon at the daycare and never come back for them." Lyra frowns before slowly walking into the daycare, not another word going to or coming from her.

  "Let's get ready for tonight's goodbye." I say, hugging my two Eevee tightly, remembering how I met them.

  ~That Night~

  "Are you guys sure this is what you want?" I ask one last time, not wanting my Pokemon to leave me. I put their Poke Balls on the ground, allowing them to do then honors. Both put a paw on the ball before crushing it under them.

  "Goodbye Sora." The mating process has begun and they wander off in the forest with a herd of Eevee, soon to decide how they'll live their lives.

  "Togepi..." My baby wipes one of my tears away and cuddles closer to me. I stand up and slowly making my way back to Goldenrod City, where Gold and the others are waiting for me since I insisted to go alone

  I need some rest, because I have a big gym battle in the morning, also the first one without Void and Rosa, if you count them being their at the first one.

  A/N

  Ohmigosh! This took forever! 1500+ on this chappie. I didn't want to make it too sad of a goodbye with Void and Rosa because Sora didn't get to know them very well. I realized that I had better plans and decided to get rid of them, but make them happy at the same time.
