There is often the same theme in all GOT fanfiction

theres an extremely tough girl who knows how to fight with a sword or knows how to shoot a bow and arrow

in all honesty thats fine but after a while it gets boring

so im gonna tell you guys some things you can write for your characters and I hope this helps

write about someone vulnerable

write about someone with REAL trust issues

write about someone with a disease 

write about someone who recently acquired wealth and doesnt know how to use it

write about someone who gives amazing advice but cant take it for themselves 

write someone who who feels incredibly lonely but has very many people around

write someone who is undeniably happy even in GOT

write someone with a sense of humor

write someone who is an open book

write someone who doesnt have a love interest

write someone with a difficult past

write someone who is forgiving

your character does not have to be sad

does not have to have secrets

does not have to be isolated and tough
