opening up
Something really important in life is opening up.
If you don't open up, how will anyone know when you need cheering up or a shoulder to cry on?
I myself have a problem with opening up.
I just can't do it even if I try! It makes me feel like I'm weak, that I'm just seeking attention. That's why I never open up. I'm literally a living piece of happiness. I'm always smiling, mostly because I'm rarely sad.
But when I am sad....well...I don't show it.
The only person who I'm comfortable opening up to is my best friend, Kare bear.
(AND NADA)
but really, this is a serious problem. I can't keep on living with one emotion.
Sometimes I don't even know when I'm sad. Not only because I don't open up, but also because it's a rare thing.
to everyone reading this, including me:
showing emotions doesn't mean you're weak, it means that you're strong enough to hand your emotions to someone else so they can fix it up.
Crying over a bad grade is normal, especially if you have a goal to reach.
it happens to me a lot. I get a bad grade sometimes and I lose all hope for a moment. It's like my whole future is ruined.
but then again, it's also fuel for me to work harder.
Not opening up can cause many things. Such as depression, anxiety, insecurities, and probably even suicide.
we all have someone we can talk to about anything. I found mine. All of my friends and family are there for me. So I've come to learn to open up more often.
but also, never open up to everyone. People have to gain your trust, and it shouldn't be easy.
For someone to earn my trust, it takes about 6 months. And if they ever lose my trust, they'll never get it back. like, I'll give you another chance, but I won't ever trust you anymore.
be careful who you open up to, but also never forget to open up.
and always remember, if you're going through something, you don't have to go through it alone.
(SHOUT OUT TO NADA CUZ SHE'S THE ONLY ONE WHO I OPEN UP TO FROM MY FRIENDS)
