The Julia Method
STEP ONE: Play some theta waves (6hz is best) or anything you want, then meditate for about 5-10 minutes. Just make sure you are comfortable.
STEP TWO: Continue to repeat the words "I am" in your head until you get shifting signs (tingling, floating feeling, white light).
STEP THREE: Start to SLOWLY count from 1-100. TAKE YOUR TIME! You can also say affirmations if you want. You should feel twitches, itching, vibrations.
STEP FOUR: After you have counted start using identity affirmations. "I am (dr name)" "I love (Hobby)" "I live in (place)" "I like (food or something.)" "I go to school/work at (Hogwarts, Midtown high, etc.)" keep on doing this until you feel COMPLETELY disconnected from your body.
STEP FIVE: Once you feel that start visualizing your dr, you can also feel if you aren't good at visualizing, once you feel your surroundings changed, open your eyes and you should be there!
