During the Excursion on Forever Fall Cardin Trying to take a Pay back on Phyrrus Black Mailed Jeanne with the fact that she had Faked her Entrance Papers into "assisting" But when his Plan went Awry an Ursa Major along with Several Beowolfs arrived Causing Team CRDL to Run for their Lives Leaving Jeanne alone To defend Cardin Who had Tripped.

But as she continued Fighting More and More Grim arrived.

And Cardin Ran For his Life leaving Jeanne on her Own to face off the Grim But as She fought more and more Grim arrived and was Overwhelmed, one Larger then Normal Ursa Major Broke Her Shield with such Strength that it also Caved her Shield Arm Causing said arm to Hang by a Few Strings of Muscle, and Cracked Ribs which Punctured her Lungs,Caused Jeanne to Scream in agonizing pain and Vomit some blood due to the Punctured Lung. And while the Shrapnel caused by the Shield breaking Entered her Left eye and Face and Some near her right side of the Face.

Jeanne was alone, her  Face was punctured with Shrapnel sticking out of her face due to the Ursa Major breaking her shield, Jeanne stabbed her Sword to the Ground and tried to Get up on her Feet but couldn't she was Incapable to do so as She was Tired, Broken, and Her Aura Fully Drained up, and She looked at the Grim approaching her once Azure Blue Eyes that once Burned with Resolve now had turned a Dull Lifeless Blue and as everything fades to black, a Female Voice at the Distance began to talk "It would be a Waste that someone like you were to die".
