Dance
They looked at the floor.
Hero looked at the pictures on the wall. He stood straight after Alex and Steve went to talk about something.
The pictures showed a language. A forgotten one. But Hero knew it all to well. He looked at the ground.
"I know how." He said softly and only the Elder hur'd him.
"Know what?" He asked.
"It tells on the walls. It's an ancient dance done by queens and kings whenever peace was to come between two regions or kingdoms. A dance of peace and prosperity." Hero said and they all looked at him.
"Can you do it?" Steve asked after the moment of silence.
Hero looked at the floor. He could almost see a faint figure dancing across the foor. It was a ghost. He looked familiar. But to odd.
Hero took the first step and some sort of energy ran through him. It made his week heart pump stronger and his mind became clear. The words formed into a memory of the dance. Not many could have the chance to feel this. Hero was one of few. His eyes were the advantage.
Hero took the next step and then started dancing. It was much like what a ballerina would do. It was graceful.
Steve looked suprised as Hero stepped on each stone carefully as he avoided some.
The Elder, Alex, and Steve looked scared. They couldn't even begin to try.
Hero was actually getting far, but he slipped. As his body fell, the ground shook.
Hero froze.
"HURRY RUN!" The Elder yelled and pulled them across.
Steve had to pull away to get Herobrine.
"No, Go!" Hero pleaded.
"I won't leave you behind." Steve said and pulled Hero. The ground was giving out. The ground broke off and Steve grabbed the edge.
There hands slipped. Hero fell into the Lava. Steve looked down in horror.
It was quite. Alex pulled Steve up.
The Elder looked to the lava as the last brick fell down.
Hero was no were.
"That was close." Someone said and they turned around to a slightly burned Hero.
They looked confused, angry, and scared.
"What?" Hero asked.
"How did you?" Alex asked.
"I thought of being right here... then poof!" Hero said.
Alex and Steve facepalmed themselves.
The Elder chuckled. "Doesn't Matter how. At least your alive and we don't have to fish you out of lava." He smiled.
Hero looked at them then to were they were going.
"What is the purpose of these things anyway?" Alex asked.
"They do it for fun." The Elder shrugged. "I think..."
They walked down a badly lit hallway.
"You must go. Danger is coming. He has sensed awer power. Realized the truth. From flames we arose. And ashes we shall return. Go to the surface. We must hide. Forget everything here. Return to normal lives!" A woman chanted and everything flashed white.
