Silence.
Complete and utter silence.
Where once people had thrived, has now become soulless.
A man with a robotic eye silently travelled from building to building, hiding behind debre whenever he could.
He found it hard to bare the sight of seeing entire buildings engulfed in flames along with entire cities battered and destroyed.
How did all this happen?
Well to put it simply catastrophe happened.
A pure soul had changed overnight and in within one day over 90% of the human population fell.
Only a few remain and they persist to continue the fight against...him.

"He's not here for now" I thought to myself. I was exhausted. After HE changed the fighting never stopped.
Although the silence was deafening, the screams continued to ring through my head. "I'll avenge you, all of you, if it's the last thing I do" I growled as I clenched my fists trying to clear my mind. " I've got to get to Doc, and quickly" I said to myself as I left my hiding spot behind the rubble of a broken building as I quickly made my way towards base.

Our base wasn't much, we simply just claimed an old forgotten war bunker to plan our retaliations and revenge.
It dug deep into the ground safe from HIM.

As I made my way into the bunker I was quickly tackled into hug.
"Iskall!" stress said relieved.
"Stress!" I replied huging her tighter.
"It's about time you got here" Doc said with smirk on his face
"Sorry"
"I was just worried about you" he said with a smile.
"Oh god, is the great Docm77 getting soft on me" I said sarcastically
"Shut up!" He said as he punched on my shoulder as we all laughed together.
"It feels wrong" Stress said with tears streaming down her eyes
"To laugh when everyone else is gone." She said as she bawled out into tears.
"Hey" I said softly to her as I looked her in the once joyful eyes.
"We'll get them back, we WILL defeat him" I said to her with a reassuring smile.
"Besides, Doc you've got it right?, Is it done?" I asked.
He gave me confident smile
" Yep, enough energy for one trip in the time machine. Enough for you to go back into the past and get help"
"Here" he said as he handed me a cylindrical container with some sort of liquid. 
"Load this into the time machine then enter the date"
"The time machine is at my old lab"
I nodded in understanding.
"The exact coordinates are-"
Doc was interrupted by a loud roaring explosion.
"W-what's happening?" Stress said with a worried tone
My heart stopped as I came to a sickening realisation.
"He found us..."
As if on qué a figure completely covered in dust and smoke with piercing red eyes burst into the entrance of the bunker.
Stress and I trembled to see the figure had pinned down Doc to the ground with a glowing trident.
"GO! TAKE STRESS AND GO! GET TO TIME MACHINE GO TO THE PAST AND END THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL! YOU'RE ARE ONLY CHANCE WE HAVE TO SURVIVE!" Doc commanded
"WE CAN'T JUST LEAVE YOU!" Stress screamed.
However in a flash, a sickening scream ran throughout the bunker.
The figure had plunged his trident into Doc's body, bathing the floor in blood.
"Y-YOU BASTARD!" I screamed as I lunged towards him sword in hand.
He quickly swatted me away like an insignificant insect.
"Watch out!" Stress screamed as she hurled a damage potion towards the figure buying us time to escape.
We quickly made our way to Doc's lab using elytra with just enough duration to get us there.
"GET TO THE TIME MACHINE I'LL HOLD HIM OFF!" Stress ordered.
"NO,your all I have left I can't lose you too please!" I cried
"IT'S LIKE DOC SAID YOUR OUR ONLY HOPE YOU HAVE TO SURVIVE!" She said as she ran towards the figure bow in hand as shot at him.
Without hesitation the figure raised his hand and gathered a large ball of dark energy and launched it at Stress killing her instantly.
"STRESS!" I cried as I ran to her tears streaming down my face.
"No,no please"
"Y-YOU KILLED HER!" I bellowed.
The figure hovering in the air slowly came into view.
A once pure and happy face which once brought joy to everyone looked down on me with a mocking and murderous glare.
"GRIAN!" I screamed
"It's about time Iskall, you've been running about causing messes for too long and now I'm going to choke the life from you" he said with an evil smile

"I can't wait to watch you die"
