(Macy's pov... still)

Before We ran of to battle I glanced at clay, he looked at the clock and showed me ten fingers

That meant he only had 10 minutes before he... UGHH!!!! I JUST CANT SAY IT!!!!!!!

We reached the village and ran out to battle the Stone monsters, but I couldn't stop thinking about clay and how lonely he must have been.... and now that he finally feels human again he has to go back to being all alone...

I was attacked from the side because of how distracted I was, we tumbled off a steep mountain and my mace and shield fell off the side... as well as my helmet

The monster rushed at me, which unluckily for me it was armed with a sharp spear it slashed at me, i closed my eyes

I braced myself for the impact.... but it never came

And then I opened my eyes to see clay taking the hit for me

He got hit and a blue blood came out of his chest and he dropped to his knees

"NO!!!!!" I screamed and out of pure anger I shoved the stone monster off the cliff and watched it break into billions of little pieces.....
