So, My first recommendation is Lip-gloss

My favorites are Doughnut Glaze and Cotton Candy!

It has a hint of colour and the smell isn't over powering....

but unlike the models, don't use that much. just three dots on each lip and then rub your lips together.

but if you're in competitive gymnastics, dance, figure-skating, etc.

then you might be required to wear a bit of this

I use porcelain, but I have SUPER pale skin, so I'd try to get a darker colour. You can also do virtual try-on's and before and after to make sure you are getting the right colour.

One thing that I recommend you do is put this on with a towel wrapped around your body, because the squirter thing MIGHT get it on your clothes and you near the end of this bottle.

Lipstick:

I recommend nude pinkish colors

1. Semi Matte Peach Nude Lipstick, Peach Please, Vegan, Paraben-Free, Cruelty-Free - Mented Cosmetics

2. Almay Lip Vibes

(for the last one, the colors are "go wild" and "skip the gym")

Just put a bit on the top lip and then the bottom. Then rub your lips together.

Most of the time, you don't need lip liner, but I'm just gonna throw it out there

I don't use foundation everyday too. I save that up for special occasions, make sure to put a towel over your clothes so you don't get any on them, because foundation DOESN'T WASH OUT

Mascara is a must wear for me because I have ginger lashes).
