I still have pretty bad writers block but now I feel bad that it's been so long since I updated last 😭

SOMEONE JUST COMMENTED ON A PART AND NOW I HAVE SO MUCH MOTIVATION TF-

"Hey, Scott!!" Lauren walked over to me, smiling.

"Ah,, good evening! Do you need something?" I asked, standing up.

"No, I just wanted to know if anything's happened with your wedding?" While nothing really happened,, I did know he was gay. (Meaning I might have a chance with him!) Maybe I should tell him?

"Not really,, but I did find out the guy I like is gay as well!" I was honestly excited to tell her.

"Oh my! That's great! When are you gonna tell him?"

"I have to wait for the perfect time, I don't want to make him feel akward!"

(AHH HELP IM STRUGGLING WHERE DO I TAKE THIS.)

The plan was simple: ask out Jimmy. But how would I do it exactly? Also extremely simple; invite him on a date to a nearby flower forest, then ask him out just as the sun sets! Now that I'm thinking about it,, it'll probably be harder than I thought. Y'know what,, I'll just invite him on a date and take it from there.

I was wondering if you would like to do on a date tonight? I know we just had one yesterday,, but I think it would be great to relax in a flower field with you!

Love from Rivendell. Maybe he wouldn't take it in a romantic way, but that was DEFINITELY the intention. What would I do if he said no? Find someone else? I guess that would make sense,, just find someone else if he says no? Yeah! I'll just find another boy just as perfe- oh my god, I'm down bad.

I decided to take a walk. Maybe it would help me relax? I'm stressing over telling Jimmy I like him. If he does actually like me, I'd be so relieved. I'd love to marry him,, but I don't want to make him uncomfortable in any way. I only want to marry him if he wants to as well!! That's the thing with marriage,, it shouldn't happen unless whoever's getting married actually wants to! I don't want to force Jimmy into anything, but he's a great guy!! He'll definitely find someone that he likes soon, even if it's not me! As long as he's happy, I'll be fine. And hopefully we can at least have a pretty good friendship still?

The walk was,, interesting. It was so quiet I could think of whatever I wanted. But,, I only really wanted to think of Jimmy. Is that bad? I mean, he probably doesn't even like me in that way!! Right?

Other than thinking of Jimmy way too much, I did find something on my walk. It was small, but quite interesting. It was a poppy, but it let off a small glow. Maybe I should go ask Katherine about it? She definitely knows a lot about flowers.

"Good evening, Katherine." I bowed, watching as she turned around.

"Ah!! Hello, Scott! Is everything okay?" Asked Katherine, actually seeming a bit worried.

"Yes yes! I just wanted to know if you've ever seen a flower like this?" I handed her the glowing poppy, hoping she would at least know something about it.

"Hm, I believe so. This is something very magical, but can be very dangerous if used incorrectly." At this point I got a bit nervous, knowing I would probably find a way to mess it up.

"Don't worry! I'll teach you how to use it! It's actually very simple." She smiled, clearly sensing my anxiety.

"Why thank you, Katherine!" I bowed once again.

"Of course!! And if you don't mind me asking, where did you find this poppy?" She asked.

"Oh! I was on a walk in a nearby forest!"

"Ah yes! I heard from Shrub someone found a mushroom a lot like this,, do you think it could be in the same spot?" So someone else had found something like this poppy? I wonder who?

"Maybe,," I was still questioning who it could be. Maybe Gem? Or fWhip?

This parts a bit short, but I'm still kinda struggling so uh- SORRY- Anyway I'm sorry once again for not putting this out sooner, I'm gonna try and write as much as possible from now on! (Of course making sure not to burn myself out or anything!!) But ily guys! And thank you for waiting. <3
