YOUR POV

"Hey, you!" Garroth crawled over to Nekoette who was laying on her belly on our bed. I smiled and laid down next to Nekoette. Garroth laid next to me and lightly kissed me on the forehead.

"I'm exhausted..." I mumbled with my eyes closed.

Garroth laughed lightly. "Yeah, me too. Imagine what it'll be like with two of them!"

I smiled and sat up. I looked down at Garroth who was still laying down on the bed. "Looks like Nekoette is getting tired to..."

Nekoette had been slowing down and now was curled up in her light-pink blanket; the one Garroth and I had given her.

Garroth sat up next to me and grabbed Nekoette in his arms. He was a giant compared to Nekoette. He gently rocked her back and forth in his arms till she fell asleep completely.

I scooted over to him and moved the blanket out of Nekoette's face. "She's so cute! Just wait till the twins! They'll be twice the cuteness."

Garroth smiled and got up. We walked over to Dante and Kawaii~Chan's room and walked in. Garroth gently laid Nekoette down in the crib against the wall.

I smiled as he walked across the room by me. He smiled and we walked out of their room. We walked into our bedroom and I plopped down on our bed.

"Yikes... I don't know if I'm ready to be a mom... It's tiring! And we only watched Nekoette for a few hours!"

Garroth smiled and sat down next to me. "Yeah, it's going to be tiring being parents."

We heard laughter out in the hall. It sounded like it belonged to Dante and Kawaii~Chan, so I stood up. Garroth and I walked over to the door. Kawaii~Chan and Dante stood in front of Laurence's bedroom door. Dante kissed her before bringing her to their room.

I smiled. They hadn't noticed us, but I'm pretty sure they saw Nekoette sleeping because we heard Kawaii~Chan 'Aww!' at her own child.

Garroth side-hugged me and kissed me on the forehead.

We heard footsteps downstairs so Garroth headed over to the ladder. He laid down and hung upside down in the person's face.

"Agh! Garroth! You scared me!" A female voice came from downstairs. "What happened to the ladder?"

"Huh? Oh! That was (Y/n)'s little rampage... we'll fix it soon."

"Oh, okay. Anyway, there's a traveler that is passing through here, and I'd really appreciate it if you showed her around. Laurence and I are going to head to Metalli for the day... so you're in charge. Bye, thanks!"

"Wait! Aphmau! Ugh..." Garroth sat up and rolled his eyes.

I laughed. "You're in charge!" I mimicked Aphmau's quick goodbye.

Garroth laughed with me this time. "Yeah, I guess I am. Well, she asked me to go show someone around... I'll see you later (Y/n)."

"Umm... Can I come with?"

"I-I guess so. Just be careful when you're coming down the ladder. I don't want you to fall again!"

I followed Garroth over to the ladder and down to the main floor.

"I'm assuming she'd be waiting at Aphmau's house..."

Garroth and I walked outside and the sunlight blinded me for a moment.

"Wow! It's so bright!"

"Yeah! It is!"

I bright red-headed girl surprised me. "Agh! Oh my gosh! Sorry! I didn't expect someone to be there!"

The girl had bright, shiny red hair. She looked to be around 17 and she was wearing a long, red silk dress.

The girl smiled and laughed. "Oops! Sorry about that! My names Serina! What's yours?" She stuck her hand out for me to shake and I took it.

"Nice to meet you Serina! My name is (Y/n). This is my fiancé, Garroth." I nodded towards Garroth.

"Nice to meet you Garroth!" She shook Garroth's hand firmly.

"Same."

"So! How long have you two been engaged?"

"Woah! Right to the questions! You must be the traveler Aphmau was talking about. Why don't we talk while we show you around?"

She grinned. "That'd be great!"

We walked towards the plaza first, sense it seemed to be the most sensible place to start. On the way over, Serina started asking A LOT of questions.

"So, how long?"

Garroth had to think about that one. "Um, we've been engaged for about 8 months."

"Wow! Congrats! How far along are you, (y/n)?"

"About 8 months actually! Garroth and I were heading home from our first ultra-sound when he proposed!"

"That's so cool! Is it a boy or girl?"

"Actually, it's a boy and a girl; Finn and Ophelia. They're twins!"

"Wow! That's so cool!"

As she continued to ask questions, I realized they were all about our personal lives and our relationship.

SERINA'S POV

"First stop, the plaza. This is where Aphmau and the rest of the village hold parties every once in a while. We have trading booths set up 24/7 and this is where all the merchants sell everything. Up there," Garroth pointed to the large hill on the left of the plaza. "Is the statue of Lady Irene."

"Oh! That's so cool!"

Garroth and (Y/n) were showing me around the village. It was so nice of them! Wasn't it? They were showing me all the nooks and crannies of the village and introducing me to everyone. Everyone here was so nice! Especially a young meifwa named Kawaii~Chan.

When I met her, she was with a young man, who I learned later, was Dante. They had an ADOURABLE little baby with them. She had a light pink blanket wrapped around her. IT WAS SO KAWAII!

Which is fitting if you think about it! Her mother's name literally means Cute!

Anyway! Garroth and (Y/n) showed me around town! They are so cute together too! Kawaii~Chan and (Y/n) are like, BFFs. They both became pregnant around the same time! Nekoette is so cute!

"So, (Y/n), what will your last name be once you're married?"

(Y/n) blushed and smiled. "Ro'Meave. I'll be (Y/n) Ro'Meave."

I frowned. "You're Garroth Ro'Meave? THE Garroth Ro'Meave? Zane Ro'Meave's brother?"

Garroth smiled and nodded. "The one and only."

"Hmm..."

"Why? Do you know Zane?" I turned to (Y/n).

"I guess you could say that. We used to be really close... friends."

"Oh! Well, he's the lord of Okasis now if you want to-"

"NO! I mean, no. Zane and I... have had a rough time talking lately."

"Oh, sorry... Didn't mean to bring anything up."

"No, it's fine. It was a while ago. So, you've showed me everywhere now! One question though."

"Fire away."

"Where can I stay?"

YOUR POV

"You'll be staying at Aphmau's house."

"Oh, but I don't want to be a burden to her, being a lord and everything with me on top of that..."

"Don't worry! Aphmau has people stay there ALL the time. When I first arrived here, I stayed there. There is a nice room in the basement next to Zoey's room. We'll show you, come on!"

Garroth and I led Serina down the village's road to Aphmau's house. We knocked lightly but then remembered Aphmau was in Metalli with Laurence. Zoey had mentioned earlier that she was taking Levin and Malachi around the village also, so there was no one home.

I opened the door and led the two through the door. We headed downstairs and into the small room on the right. We settled Serina in and sorted out all her stuff.

"Thanks you two! If you don't mind, I think I'm going to get some sleep now. I'm tired from the tour and my journey here."

"No problem! Lord Aphmau or Zoey will have food in the morning if you would like some. "

"Okay, thanks, again!"

"Bye!"

Garroth and I headed upstairs. As we walked out the doors of Aphmau's house, we started talking.

"So, a new villager..."

"Yeah... she seems super sweet!"

"Yeah, she kind of froze up when we mentioned Zane. I wonder if they had a fight... There's no doubt Zane would start a fight. Especially when he was 'evil'."

Garroth and I stood in front of the old guard's station.

"I'm tired."

Garroth looked at the sun setting and sighed. "Yeah, me to. Ready for bed?"

I nodded. My eyelids were growing heavy and it was all I could manage to climb into bed next to Garroth.
