I walked back into the restaurant and sat down at the table Kawaii~Chan and Aphmau were sitting at.

"Hey, (E/C)... are you okay? You look, I don't know..."

"Upset?" Kawaii~Chan finished Aphmau's sentence.

"Huh? Yeah. It's just... Garroth and Laurence came to check on us. Garroth left when he remembered he was the head guard and that you were here. It keeps slipping our minds sense we've been so busy with the twins lately. Anyway, he left and Laurence was supposed to check on us. But, Garroth arrived at Phoenix Drop over an hour ago. We don't know where Laurence is... sense I have his amulet..."

"(E/C)~Senpai! You should really get your own amulet."

"I know. I brought diamonds to find one... but, it looks like we might have to save Laurence first. The only thing is, is that Aphmau is the only one who can fight. Kawaii~Chan and I can't because of our kids. Aphmau, how do you want to do this? We can leave Laurence to fend for himself or we can save him, but you'll be the only one fighting. Kawaii~Chan and I can come, but we'll have to stay on the side lines."

Aphmau's face was downcast. Kawaii~Chan's hand was on Aphmau's shoulder.

"(E/C)~Senpai and I will help as much as possible Aphmau ~Senpai. But there is only so much we can do with Nekoette~Tan and the twins."

She nodded slowly. "Let's go find Laurence. Let's head over to the guard tower."

LAURENCE'S POV

I was right. I woke up with a huge headache. The pounding in my head was a fast thumping. I opened my eyes to find myself on the floor of a stone cell. Iron bars held me back from going out.

I tried to stand up, but I was too weak. My shadow-knight form was weak too.

"There must be a Magiks spell surrounding this cell."

Normally my shadow-knight side was super strong.

I tried to stand up again. I gained success when I used the bed that was sitting right next to me.

"Couldn't they have put me on the bed?! Vincent did this. I remember. He knocked me out using his swords handle..."

When I stood up, I noticed something that felt different. I felt something on my lower back and on the top of my head. I reached behind me to feel something that felt like fur.

I whirled around but nothing was there. I still felt it. I grabbed onto it and pulled it in front of me. A orange tail appeared in front of me.

"What on..." I grabbed for the top of my head. Two things poked out of my head. I rushed over to the gleaming iron door. I saw my reflection. On top of my head were two cat ears, peeking out of my messed-up, light brown hair.

"Crud... This has to be a dream."

"You can't be a cat-person in less you're born like that... right? Then again, if this was a dream... Aphmau would be with me. This is reality..."

I grabbed onto the bars that stood in the way of freedom. All of a sudden, I heard light footsteps coming down the hallway.

"Hey! Hey!"

A young guard seemed surprised when he saw me in the cell. He didn't speak but just stared at me.

"Hey, buster. Let me out please. I did nothing wrong! I need to check on someone."

"Who?" he spoke hesitantly.

"My... my girl friend. She's here with her friends and I think she's in trouble. Please."

"Umm, I don't know..."

Heavier footsteps came down the hall.

"I'm going to repay you for this... Vincent."

"Yeah, well. You're never getting out. So, not much you can do, can you?"

I hit the bars in frustration. "Let me out Vincent."

"No can do. The head guard is the only one who can let you out. And Zack doesn't return for two more days. Oops! I guess you'll have to wait." He smirked at me and shoved his face into mine.

"Stay away from Aphmau. She's not part of this."

"Oh, yes she is. That's how you got in there... remember?"

I felt my ears twitch in frustration and anger.

"Oh! I see you're enjoying you're new little kitty ears. Oh look! You got a tail to. Aph's just going to LOVE that."

"Only her friends call her that. You have no right t call her Aph... Now let me out!"

"No. I told you. Only Zack can do that. Even if I put you in there, Zack is the only one who can take you out."

I started to say something but it came out as a growl. Vincent pretended to jump back, afraid. He was making fun of me.

"Oh no! The little pussy cat is going to get me!"

I growled at him again.

"You're going to regret this decision Vincent. Who gave me these... things?"

"Oh, you'll know her by the name Michi, I presume. She said she was an ex-lover."

Michi. Michi was my ex-girlfriend. I met her in my teen years. At first, I thought she was cute, but after a while, I realized how crazy she was. I finally broke-up with her after a couple months because she was insane. I know I broke her heart... I didn't mean to! But like I said before, she was slightly crazy.

"Michi? Michi~Chan?"

Vincent smirked. "Ah, so you DO know her?"

I grimaced. "I used to da... wait. Why do you want to know?"

"Well, let's say a certain someo..."

"Vincent! What did you do with Laurence?"

"Shoot... Cloud..." Vincent mumbled under his breath

I smiled. Cloud might be my way out.

"CLOUD! I'M DOWN HERE, IN THE DUNGEON!!! VINC..."

Vincent knocked me over the head before I could finish.

YOUR POV

"Where is he? Laurence should be here by now!" Aphmau was pacing in the front of the restaurant while Kawaii~Chan and I just watched her.

"Aphmau~Senpai seems really worried about Laurence~Kun..." Kawaii~Chan whispered to me.

"Well, yeah, sense he's practically her boy friend. Hey Aph! So are you and Laurence... Like a thing, now?"

She stopped in her tracks and stared at me. "Umm, I don't know. I want to be a thing. I really do like him. " She came over and sat down between Kawaii~Chan and I. "I always had a hard time picking between Laurence and Garroth. They both liked me, but I couldn't return the feelings to either of them. Then you came along, (E/C), and Garroth is in love with you! Laurence and I have spent a lot of time together, and I've grown kind of attached to him. You and Garroth got engaged kind of quick though! How long did you two date?"

"Well, I am seven months pregnant. I've been in Phoenix Drop for about nine months, so... we dated for about... two months."

"Wow. You and Garroth~Kun didn't really know each other, and (E/C)~Senpai said yes?"

"Yeah... I guess. Maybe when we're done here, I'll take Garroth to our room and just do a twenty-questions type of thing."

"That would be really cool (E/C)~Senpai!"

"That's it! We're going over to the guard tower and asking if anyone has seen him." Aphmau stormed off in the direction of the head guard tower, leaving Kawaii~Chan and I stunned. We slowly slipped off the porch and tried to catch up with Aphmau.

When we arrived at the guard tower, Aphmau almost broke down the door knocking on it. A young guard who looked about 15 or 16, answered the door.

"W-What can I-I do for you ladies?" He stuttered as soon as he saw our faces.

Aphmau spoke with confidence. "I'm here for my... boyfriend. I don't know where he is. I don't know if you have seen him, or know him. He used to be the head guard here..."

"Oh! L-Laurence? Yeah! I-I know him! He was in here. Than V-Vincent knocked him out because he turned into his S-Shadow-knight form..."

As soon as the guard said that, Aphmau pushed him out of the way and barged in.

"Aphmau, wait..." I said to her.

"Aphmau?" A voice came from upstairs. A guard with black locks of hair climbed down the ladder and stopped in front of Aphmau. It was the young guard from before.

"Well, hello m'lady!"

"Oh, hi. I was wondering, can I meet this... Vincent."

The young guard smiled and took a deep bow. "Vincent, second-in-command of Metalli. At your service m'lady." He stood back up and Aphmau stared at him. "Is there something wro..."

Aphmau slapped him across the face. Vincent grabbed for his cheek. A red hand print had formed on his cheek. Aphmau brought out her sword and pinned Vincent against the wall. Kawaii~Chan and I tried to hold her back, but she nudged us aside. We took the signal and backed off.

She held the sword to Vincent's throat. "Where is he? What did you do to him after you knocked him out?" She was practically growling at him.

"I-I put Laurence in the dungeon. He's down there. Cloud!" He snapped at the young guard that first greeted us. "Aren't you going to do something?!?"

The guard shrugged and said, "Well, you did k-knock Laurence out. And y-you admitted for the first time to anyone in M-Metalli that you were a s-shadow-knight."

"Crud. You're a shadow-knight?" Aphmau faced Vincent who was still holding his cheek.

"Yeah, so get off me before you get hurt." He growled at her.

I felt the warmth in my chest grow stronger. "Hey, back off Vincent."

He smirked at me. "Ooh, another Shadow-Knight! This one is a female!"

"Stay away from them. Give us Laurence and we'll leave. In the name of Thurmond, I demand you to let him go."

"Oh? And what power d o you hold there?" I felt the anger rising in my chest. I was doing everything I could do to keep from blowing Vincent up into flames.

"My name is (E/C). The princess of Thurmond.

"Ooh! The Lord of Thurmond is going o be grateful to me for catching you!" Then, he nodded for some reason.

"Why did you..." A blackness clouded my vision. The last thing I saw was a guard holding a sword to Kawaii~Chan's throat.

~LATER~

I woke up on my back, staring up at the ceiling. I felt a warm feeling on my leg. Every other part of my body was on something cold. I opened my eyes and stone brick met my gaze. I tried to sit up. My body wouldn't move.

I tried again. This time, my arms responded, but the rest of my body didn't. I tried one last time. I sat up and immediately felt light-headed. I held my hand to my head to steady my gaze. Kawaii~Chan was sleeping on the bed.

"Where are we?" I thought out loud.

"We're in the Metalli dungeon." A voice from behind me rung in the hallway.

"Ahh! Oh my gosh! Aphmau, you scared me!" I turned around and saw Aphmau through two sets of bars. "Aphmau, you... you h-have ears! And a tail!"

She sighed. "I know. Someone named Michi did this to Laurence and I..."

"Laurence?! Where is he?"

"He's in the cell with me. They left you and Kawaii~Chan in that cell and they threw me in this cell. Laurence fought back and they knocked us both unconscious. When I woke up, Laurence was on the ground so I moved him to the bed. You're the only one who isn't a meifwa right now. Kawaii~Chan is already one, so it's not like they could do much to her. Anyway, one of the younger guards convinced Michi to not do you because it might have effects on the baby. Which is really babies."

"Oh," was all I could say. I looked over at Kawaii~Chan sleeping on the bed peacefully. "I'll call Garroth on his amulet. He might be able to save us."

I felt around in my pockets.

"Don't even bother looking (E/C). They took all of our stuff and put it in the chests over there." She put her hand through the bars and pointed over at some chest lined up against the wall. "The best thing we can do is sleep for now."

"Well, okay. I guess I'll try to sleep. I'll see you later Aphmau."

"Night."

"Garroth knows where we are. Sense I won't be home tonight, he'll be worried, and he'll come save us. Right?"

"Yes, (E/C). Everything is going to be fine." Aphmau talked to me like I was a child. Any other situation, I would have gotten mad, but it was kind of comforting now.

"It reminds me of when I was a kid..." I thought as I drifted into a deep slumber.

APHMAU'S POV

(E/C) and I had fallen asleep in the dark cells. I woke up to a soft murmur that came from underneath me. The warm bed started moving slightly. I nudged my face deeper into my pillow. It was hard, and soft at the same time. When it wasn't working with me, I opened my eyes. It was dark out. I assumed it to be around 2 in the morning.

The first thing I saw was the bright red comforter on the bed that was covering Laurence and I. Wait... WHAT?

I immediately flung of the blankets and sat up. I looked down at Laurence. My face went a deep red and was really warm. I had fallen asleep on Laurence's clothed chest. It rose up and down gently as he took breaths.

"He looks kind of cute."

The murmuring that I had heard was Laurence. He was purring in his sleep. Every now and then, his ear would twitch and I would smile. You know, maybe Laurence and I having meifwa effects wasn't so bad... he looked really cute. His orange ears would flick back and forth fast and then slowly return to their original position. And then they repeated.

Slowly, I tucked my feet under the sheets. I hesitantly pulled the blanket back over Laurence and I and I slid back into bed. As soon as I was fully in, his arm wrapped around me and pulled me closer. His arm wrapped right around my stomach without hesitation. His mouth was right next to my ear and I could hear his soft purring very loudly now.

Before I knew what was happening, his tongue darted out of his mouth and he licked the back of my ear. I jumped in surprise. "Oh my gosh..." I whispered under my breath.

His arm tightened around me and he turned me around so I was facing him. His eyes slowly opened and he smiled at me. His bright blue eyes were mesmerizing. "Morning, m'lady." Laurence whispered to me. I blushed even more.

"Oh. My. Gosh. What is he doing? I don't know what he's doing... but, I kind'a like it..."

He placed his lips on mine and gave me a little soft kiss.

"You know? I've dreamed of the day I would wake up and find you right beside me."

I blushed even harder (if that is even possible at this point).

He scrunched up his nose and poked my nose with his finger. "You're a cute tomato!"

"Laurence..." I sighed.

His face turned to a worried look. "Yeah?"

I laughed. "Nothing's wrong. It's just... I don't know how or if I can return..."

He frowned for a second and then gave a sad smile. He interrupted me, "I don't expect you to return my feelings for you, to me. I understand. If there is another you wish to..."

Now it was my turn to interrupt. "No! Laurence! I was going to say... 'I don't know how or if I can return to living without waking up next to you every morning.' Laurence. You've confessed your love for me ever sense we first met. Now it's my turn. Except, I'm not going to use words..."

The look on his face told me he didn't know what I meant. I rolled my eyes and stared at his lips. They formed a smile and I looked into his eyes. I think he understood me now.

He pulled me closer to him until I could feel his heartbeat on my chest. Our foreheads touched for a moment before he leaned in and he kissed me. It was a strong, passionate kiss.

He placed kisses up and down my jaw line and neck. I leaned away and I felt him greedily pulling at me. My top leg slipped between his legs as he worked his way back up to my lips and kissed me again. This time rough. He bit my lip, earning a moan that I had been holding in the back of my throat.

"Laurence..."

His lips smiled on my skin. The taste of blood was light, but present in my mouth. He continued to place kisses all over my face and I could tell he was surprised when I licked the back of his ear in response. When I did that, he stopped and he held me by the waist and gave me one last, soft kiss on the lips.

"Aphmau, I was wondering. When we get out of here, would you like to go get some pizza with me?"

I smiled at him. "Only you would think about pizza in a time like this, Laurence."

He smiled back at me. "So, is that a yes?"

"It's a date!"

Laurence was grinning from ear to ear. His arms snaked right under my chest. I turned over so I was facing away from him. "Aphmau... I just wanted to say, I love you. Good night, M'lady."

I HOPE YOU GUYS ENJOYED THAT CHAPTER! So first things first, sorry that i updated kind of late. (S.C.H.O.O.L. (seven crappy hours of our lives)(and i'm home schooled, so i do like 8 or 9 hours of school...)) SECOND of all, sorry that this has sort of turned into a #Larmau Fanfic. It was NEVER supposed to be like that. It's just, with the recent episodes, i have been feeling conflicted between Garmau and Larmau. I'm sure some of you feel the same way.

Anyway, I want to tell you guys how much I sacrifice/miss out on to write this story. I really love writing this story, and I hope to continue it for a long time, and MAYBE make a sequel or something like that. Anyway, I just want to let you guys know how much I ♥ you guys! :D Anyway...
