Appearance: Cassandra's hair is a strawberry red, with emerald eyes and pale skin. She wears a white dress with a blue cape and runs around barefoot. She is missing the middle finger on her left hand. 

What part of the fandom are they pulled from: Cassandra is from the book series Dragon of Starlight by Bryan Davis. She is from the books Diviner and Liberator.

Backstory: Cassandra grew up on the planet of Sarlight. Ever since she was a little girl, she was enslaved by dragons forced to work in their mines. Since she was young, she knew she was different. With the flick of her wrist, she could make images dance before the dragons hypnotizing them and causing them to believe lies. One day, the dragons out smarted the starlight. They captured her and burnt her at the steak for being a witch. However, she survived and have been in hiding since then. 

Personality: Cassandra fights for what she believes in. Most importantly, she fights for freedom from the dragons. 

Power/Fight/Skills/Magic: Starlights harness the powers to display images that come off as real. If used correctly they can prove to be very powerful. 

What is the black mail: Irene found that Cassandra was in hiding for her life. The scarlet witch told her that if she didn't work for them, then she was going to turn her in to her enemies.
