(3rd person pov)

"Food...water....alcohol..." mutters a very exhausted Kakashi. "Kashi, you and I both know that one, you're too young to drink, and two, you won't ever touch a bottle of booze unless it's for a celebration" Naruto laughs as he boops the tired boy. Shikamaru and Sasuke were both arguing bout some random shit. "Shika-chan, what the Frick are you two arguing bout?" Naruto asks curiously glancing at the two boys. "I believe they're arguing about who's a better ship, you and Kakashi or Lady Tsunade and booze," Yamato says before Shikamaru could answer, leaning against a tree while drinking his juice box. "Well its obviously booze, have you seen how much she drinks?" Kakashi says. "You're just saying that because you don't wanna admit you like Naruto more than a frie-" Sasuke began before getting kicked in the face. "Shut up! I only like him as a friend!" Kakashi spats. "How the hell did you get from there to there within a second if you were laying down????" Shikamaru asks pointing where Naruto is beside the tree then to Sasuke who is sitting 5 feet away from Naruto.

"Magic" Kakashi gasps as he walks back over to Naruto and lays back down. "So cool" Naruto gasps. Moments later, Neji walks over to the group of boys. Naruto and the rest of the guys look up at Neji. "Hey, Neji!" Cheers the blonde. Neji crouches down, smirking. "I'm terribly sorry dear but that shirt has got to go, however, you can stay as long as you please~" "WHAT?!" everyone except Neji yells, clearly surprised, especially Naruto who was a blushing mess. During the moment of silence, Kakashi could feel himself sit up and pulls Naruto onto his lap and doesn't let him go, glaring at Neji. Neji didn't seem to be bothered by it, he simply just leaned down over Naruto. Naruto was a blushing mess, he wasn't sure if it was from the flirting or the fact that Kakashi pulled him into his lap and refuses to let him go. Neji crouches down and caresses Naruto's cheek and tilts his head up a bit. "Hm? What's this? There seems to be some dirt on your face, let me wipe it off with my tongue~" Neji purrs, licking his lips in a seductive manner.

Naruto legit turns into a tomato. Kakashi hisses at Neji, holding Naruto closer and slapping Neji's hand away. Yamato and the other two, on the other hand, were shipping like there's no tomorrow. Then suddenly it hit Kakashi, he was pissed off for someone else being flirty with his friend when he should be happy for Naruto instead. 'Why do I feel like this?' Kakashi questioned himself as he loosened his grip on Naruto's chest and continued to glare at Neji but not knowing why. As the flirting continued and Kakashi's confusion and anger grew, then the bell rang. "Wait isn't it supposed to be the end of the school day?" Sasuke asks Shikamaru and Yamato. "No, one it's only 12:00, two, we were on lunch break, and three, we can't leave school until 5 since we have clubs" Shikamaru grumbles as he lays down on the ground and goes to sleep.

"I hate you"

"It's not my fault time is slow" Shikamaru mumbles through quiet snores.

"I hate you both"

"ready to go Kashi?" Naruto asks though Kakashi wasn't paying attention. Kakashi was lost in thought, trying to figure out these strange feelings that are causing him to be like this. Naruto then stands up and gently but firmly pulls Kakashi's hair. "earth to Kakashiiiiiii" Naruto groans, continuing to pull Kakashi's silver hair. Still no budge. "you're not gonna get his attention that way" Sasuke smirks, clearly hiding his amusement. "how do I get his attention then??" Naruto asks confusedly and curiously. Sasuke just laughs a little before walking over to the tree that Naruto was leaning on, and climbs it, a little bit later, Sasuke stands on a branch. 

That moment.

That small little moment.

Naruto made a mistake.

Sasuke took a deep breath and yelled at the top of his lungs, causing him to get everyone on campus's attention, including Kakashi. It was a funny, flustered, enjoyable moment. Though Kakashi had a different reaction. He usually just brushes it off as teasing but this time was different. His true feeling became visible-
