Charlie's Pov, about 20 minutes earlier
It's been about an hour since I woke up. I walk through the thick fog and sighed. It felt like I was going in circles. What happened to mom? What did dad do? Where was Zeke? I felt so many questions just swirl through my head. And then I heard a laugh. Four people land in front of me. I could barely see them, because of the fog, and the loss of my glasses. They each had on clown masks. One of them stares into my eyes. And everything went black.

Alex's Pov, Present
I walked slowly through the fog towards the weird noises and grunts I was hearing. As I walk towards it, it stops. And then there was a giggle. And, the sound of many footsteps. I walk closer and saw a person lying on the ground. Looking up towards the sky. I walk over to him and glance down at his face. Charlie had blank look in his eyes. He blinked once and the look went away. I stare blankly down at him. "Fancy meeting you here." He was lying in the middle of the street.

His eyes widen. "Alex. Oh my God. You're okay." He leaps up. And his pants fall down. His buckle lay a few feet away. His face went blood red. I let out a sigh. He gave his pants a pull back up. I gave a small blink. Blue underwear. Hmm. He then went to grab his belt buckle. "Don't look. Please!"

I gave a shrug. "Charlie, I've seen you in your underwear dozens of times. Why should it matter know?"

Charlie had a frown on his face. "That was different. It was before I knew you liked me."

My eyes were close to rolling. "I'm still the same person. Mostly."

Charlie looked like he was about to say something, but then he started crying. A lot.

I knelt down next to him. "What's the matter?"

He gave a sniff. "I just found out I'm a monster. My father did something weird. And my mom.....she's......". He didn't continue.

I nod. "Same."

He froze mid cry. "Huh?"

I grab his shoulder. "Long story. Let's just go. It's not safe out here."

He grabbed his belt buckle.

I heard a noise come from behind us. "Damn. No time." I grabbed Charlie and carried him bridal style.

"Huh? What are yo-?"

I didn't allow him to finish before I started running.

15 minutes later
I reached the familiar house and knocked loudly on the door. A few seconds later, the door was opened and standing there was Cody. He gave me a confused look. "Alex? What are you doing here? And why so late?"

I shrugged. "Long story. But, do me a favor and watch him."

Cody gave a frown. "Why?"

I sighed. "His house burned down, or so he told me."

Charlie looked up at me, "Why can't I just stay with you?" He looked pretty nervous.

I placed him down. "The awkward silence we had for almost fifteen minutes straight is a factor. But, I also have something important to do."

He crossed his arms. "What could possibly be so important that you need to leave your best friend with a guy he met two days ago?"

I smiled sadly at him. "I have to kill someone."

"Kevin?" The air seemed to get colder when he said that name. I felt the cool night air blow my hair around a bit.

I nodded. "I have a few hours before I'm going to do so.....but, I have to go see my father." I walked into the fog before he could say another word.

Charlie's Pov, 5 minutes later
I glanced at Cody as he led me upstairs to his room. "Sleep in here. I'm not letting anyone in my parents room. And a guest shouldn't have to sleep on the couch."

I nodded. "Alright." I was too tired to argue or question anything right now.

He opened the door and opened it. I walked inside and saw his little brother sleeping. He led me towards the bed and I quickly layed down and kept myself near the edge, after taking off my shoes and socks.

He frowned and walked towards the door. "Alex trusts you, so I trust you. But, if you so much as lay a finger on my little brother, we'll have problems. Understand?"

I nodded. I was too tired to care about what he was saying and just went to sleep.

Unknown Pov
I smiled as the car arrived at the burned down house of the Washington's. Had the shity man finally died? Hmm, probably not. I sighed. And drove away. My father was certainly stubborn. He'd never die that easy. Never in his shitty life.

Yes, I am aware that this chapter was short. I however wanted to save the main stuff for the season finale. Lots to do and I'm writing it as I'm writing this chapter. This chapter took so long because I was trying to figure out what to put in it. But, I plan on making sure that this season finale is certainly a great one. The last part before this was Alex oriented, but the next part will pretty much have most of the characters in it. And some new ones for later. Technically, there are three characters I really want to put in the season finale. I've decided to put them all in and give them small roles for the season finale. Alright, see you all soon.
