Max's Pov
Hannah had told me Zeke and Charlie were staying home. Hannah then said, "Jessica is my best friend,Matt's girlfriend and an important friend of Zeke's so we're going to go to Zeke's house as well".

I smiled at Hannah since she had offered to stay here because neither my parents nor Jeff had come home last night. I said to her, "I want to stay with you guys and wait to see if the news has anything since I have no doubt that my parents and Jeff have been told what happened by your school and are probably at the police station right now". Hannah nodded and I remembered Thomas had stayed the night. I shook him awake immediately knowing that he would come with us to wait for news about my sister.

Charlie's Pov
By the time the door opened my weird tentacles had retracted back into my back and my eye returned to normal. I saw that this was Alex's friend and his brother. Alex looked at the brother and said, "Nice to finally meet ya', Cody here has told me all about you, My name is Alex Bennett".

The brother's eyes widened a bit for a second but then they returned to normal size and he smiled. He said, "My name is Nathan Domon and it's also nice to meet you". I then introduced myself to Cody and then he followed suit.

I asked, "So......um what brings you guys here"?

Nathan spoke up and said, "Our mother didn't come home yesterday so there's nobody to make us breakfast so I figured we should chill and not go to school because we're so worried about what happened to our mother". Cody had a weird look on his face so I suspected they weren't telling the full truth but I simply nodded and invited them in.

Jessica's Pov
Darkness was all I saw as I woke up. I felt pain everywhere as I tried to move. I tried to push myself off the ground but my legs buckled underneath me. I tried to feel around in the darkness as I tried to visualize my surroundings. I heard a crack of something as I moved so I reached down and grabbed hold of something. I felt around as I figured out that what I was holding was my phone. I turned on the screen and saw that it was partially cracked on one side of the screen. I slowly and painfully managed to get to my feet and began to slowly navigate my way through the darkness.

Zeke's Pov
I awoke with a small yell as my memories finished coming back. I looked around and saw I was still in my room. I quickly smell myself and decide to jump in the shower quickly. I feel the water cleaning me as I hear Charlie's loud ass friend talking to someone. He's quite annoying and I really don't trust the kid. As soon as I'm clean I turn off the water and then use my towel to dry off. I dump the now dirty clothes into my large pile of unclean clothes to take to the basement to use the washing machine. I change into new clothes before putting on deodorant and other things to smell fresh before heading downstairs.

I hear Charlie and Alex's voices coming from the living room. They were talking to some other boys and I was about to see who when the door bell rung. I opened the door to find Hannah, Matt, Max, and some kid who introduced himself as Thomas. I allowed them all in before seeing 3 figures running towards the house with waving arms and yelling at me to wait.

As they got closer I studied their features starting with the boy who introduced himself as Gunther and had black hair and dark black eyes. Then I looked at the girl with blood red hair that matched her dark red eyes who introduced herself as Emily. Along with the other boy who introduced himself as Kevin who also had dark black hair and black eyes. I hurried them in and quickly closed the door as I realized I was going to have to cook for most of the people here. Fuck my life. It was good that I began cooking to distract myself because once everyone began talking they just didn't stop.

Nathan's Pov
I glanced around as we sat in the living room as we all decided what we should do. Zeke yelled from the kitchen, "If you want to watch the news for any news about Jessica than stay in the living room. When you are eating either stay in the dining room or be careful in the living room. If you want to talk with your friends about something personal than you can talk upstairs".

We began whispering before Zeke started speaking again. "My room and our parents rooms are off limits so if you want to talk upstairs use either Charlie's bedroom or the guest bedroom. Now leave me the fuck alone until breakfast is done".

We nodded and we split up. Hannah and Matt would stay in the living room while Cody, Kevin, Alex, Charlie, Emily, Myself, and Gunther would all be in Charlie's room. Max and Thomas would be talking in the guestroom otherwise it would be too crowded. We all went to our destinations and closed the doors. Alex, Kevin, Charlie and Cody sat on Charlie's bed while Emily sat in a chair that was in Charlie's desk while Gunther and myself sat on the floor.

I quickly broke the silence by asking Emily what her last name was. She stayed silent for a moment before she said, "Wilburmin is my last name". I let the information travel through my head as I reach up to snap my fingers but Cody lets out a cough and shook his head at me.

Emily's Pov
I knew Nathan had figured it out but just in case I said, "Falling off a cliff is one of my greatest fears". The rest of the group laughed at the randomness of that comment but Nathan's eyes simply widened again. I glanced at Alex who was staring at me and smiled. He sighed and made a slicing motion and put it to his neck. I quickly began swinging my legs as I felt multiple thoughts swirl through my head as I laugh softly to myself.

Alex's Pov
I glanced over at Kevin with a smile on my face. Yesterday I asked if he would be able to make it over here but he quickly said he didn't know. Good to see he was able to after all. I asked him, "What's up Kev"?

He shrugs and says, "My mom is doing all right but my father annoys the hell outta me, I figured he wouldn't really care if I missed a single day of school. I'm glad I got to hang out with my friends today instead of learning about boring world war 2".

We all nodded in agreement. It's a good thing my mom is still alive or else I might go crazy. My dad is pretty dead right now and he wasn't the best guy around. I then heard Charlie ask, "How's your mother doing, Alex"?

I smiled and then swiped my fingers all the way through my hair before saying, "She's fine and she can't wait to visit". Charlie's eyes widened for some odd reason before he muttered okay and turned away.

I looked around at everyone with a smile on my face as I felt weird everywhere so I excused myself. As I walked over to the bathroom I heard footsteps coming behind me. I turned around to see Emily staring at me worryingly. I ask, "What's going on around here"?

She shrugs and says, "I can feel something coming and it isn't good". Suddenly before we can react the doorbell rings and my body fills with dread.

I walk slowly downstairs and unlock it slowly as Emily watches the door. When it opens I suddenly see two police officers standing on the other side of the front door. I smile awkwardly as they stare at me in confusion before I see a third person drops down out of the sky. I suddenly yell, "Arrest the guy behind you, he's called the builder and he's REALLY dangerous"!

The builder laughs behind his mask as he walks with a strange staff in hand,dressed in the same clothing as the video. He points his staff as the officers and something comes out and slams into the officers before sending them flying inside the house. I begin running back to the house but suddenly a fourth guy emerges from nowhere and slams his fist into my face, making the world go black.

Charlie's Pov, a few minutes later
I quickly try to make sense of what I was being told. Apparently my Aunt Amy who works for the police had come over to check on me with her partner. Her partner was a big, bulky man who had a huge smile, Black hair and blue eyes. But Alex had apparently been kidnapped in the thirty seconds he had been gone by the same guy who had apparently appeared in a video at the school while threatening some lady.

My Aunt and the man known as Dale Robertson asked us about the explosion that had happened at the house on the other side of town as Dale began speaking quickly into a radio about how a kidnapping had just taken place and for police to come to the area and search. They got up and as she prepared to leave she turned back and asked, "What were Alex and Emily doing here exactly"?

I quickly thought and said, "They were running late but they heard we were sick and had come to check on us before going to school".

She nodded and then she asked, "My daughters have been asking about you,when are you coming over"? I shrugged and told her soon as she once again nodded and with a flip of her blond hair and honey colored eyes she walked calmly to the door, confident that the kidnapper wouldn't get far.

I watched as she headed into a police car and proceeded to wait for Dale before driving away. Emily closed the door as I watched Hannah and Matt emerge from their hiding spots. Kevin opened the room door and he,Cody and Nathan mouthed, 'Is the coast clear'? I nodded and then they came downstairs. Cody broke the silence and asked, "Where did Alex go"? I shrugged my shoulders and look down in defeat. Emily let out a small laugh as she pulled out a piece of paper with writing on it.

It said, Charlie I know you didn't believe me when I said I was God's next host but I really am. I promised that as soon as David realized that his anger at you was misguided that I would help. I have healed Ryan and I did so before you woke up. I re-discovered my identity when I was kidnapped by Mr.Smith however this is my second time using my powers other than a certain few times where I had no control. Ryan 'mysteriously' awoke from his coma but the doctors won't let him leave for a bit. However when Friday comes there won't be any doctors left to stop him from leaving. I hope I'm able to see you before Friday so I can protect you from what's going to happen. I hope you stay safe and I think it's time you read the letter I left for the person I like. See ya soon.

I read the piece of paper before going upstairs. Emily called out and said, "It's okay Charlie, don't worry about Alex, he is god anyway so he can't die". Something in her tone worried me,almost as if I could sense she wasn't telling the complete truth. I then heard her say, "The reason you were able to do that thing with the guy with the bat was because Alex gave you a small, tiny piece of his powers". I paused as she said that because she wasn't supposed to know about that, however I focused on the task at hand. I opened my room door to find Gunther sitting on the floor still,a blank look on his face. I walked over to the place where I put the letter Alex had 2 months ago. I glanced at it and I immediately read it.

This letter said, I have had a crush on you for a few months. I have to tell you while I still can. I wonder how you feel about me. My god does it feel good to get that off my chest. I wanted to see how you would feel about going out with me but couldn't tell you face to face. It's weird how you happen to be nerdy, shy and not have much confidence but I'm the one who got all nervous about this. I know you like your older brother but I want to tell you how I felt. If you guessed that this letter was for you, Charlie, then you were right. It's selfish of me to ask you this while you like someone but I'm your best friend and I hope you'll give me a chance. Goodbye for now.

I read the letter over and over and over again as I tried to process the info on this paper. Alex had watched me be in love with Zeke while liking me and giving so much support. He wrote this letter 2 months ago but the only time we had separated would be right now. Had he predicted the future? Maybe it was another of his powers. I walked back downstairs with tears streaming down my face as I didn't look at anyone and simply sat down on the floor while waiting for him to come back.

Alex's Pov, 2 hours later
I awoke with no idea of where I was as I felt myself being dragged into a room. I felt myself being injected with a needle and a strange liquid. I immediately felt weird and lifeless. I felt my arms being tied to a chair before I was chained to the chair by my feet. I slowly lifted my head up and saw a huge guy with lots of muscles wearing a mask that resembled the murderous Jason from Friday the 13th.

It must've been after part 2 because he was wearing the noticeable hockey masks from the later films. He had a bunch of tools in a cart like Pliers, Needles, Knives, Axes, Handguns, Shotguns and much more. I asked, "Why can't I move"?

He gazed down at me with two glowing red eyes before saying, "I have injected you with dark energy since you are filled with holy energy and it acts as a poison and makes you weak. I have a fascination with torture and a movie villain known as Jason. I joined up with my master so I could kill and eat".

He paused for a minute before saying, "My master wants you to be ready for Friday where he and you are destined to fight. I know he wants to open the portal to the monster and spirit world but he can only do that with your help. You know what happens if you don't kill each other so I won't explain. My master loves when things are challenging so I'm going to constantly torture you for the next 2 years so you can always use your energy."

He continued, "The more I hurt you the more you use your energy. This room condenses days into years anyway however once you leave the room your body returns to it's original age. So you'll be 15 once friday hits however once you leave you will return to being 13. Your energy will be weak for the next 2 days because that energy is from my master, the devil's host himself. Any questions"?

Before I can answer he grabs the pliers and clamps it down on one of my fingers and then pulls it off as I scream in pain.
