Tom's Pov, a few minutes later
After seeing the new students I walked towards the door of the room and said, "I have to use the bathroom". The teacher wasn't paying attention and just nodded so I left.

When I saw Ms.Edith in the hall she was looking at something further down the hall. I immediately noticed that the hall and classrooms had gone silent. I looked into the classrooms and saw they were all suddenly empty. I walked up to Ms.Edith and asked, "What's the matter"?

She looked at me and said, "All the students in my class disappeared and the school seems to be empty except for you and I".

I looked behind us and said, "Not everyone is gone". Standing behind us was a man with a creepy looking clown mask and a knife. He didn't say anything and he just starts walking towards us as Ms.Edith lets out a scream.

I start running and grab Ms.Edith as the man in the mask starts running and we turn a corner. The place was a dead end. The man walks toward us as I kick the man in the stomach and watch him not even react. He suddenly grabs Ms.Edith and looks at me before saying, "I'm going to cut ya both up and eat you like a fucking-". Suddenly, he vanishes along with Ms.Edith as I feel an urge to go to sleep. I watched as the students began slowly reappearing and I drop to the floor.

Alex's Pov, a few minutes earlier
I looked over at the two boys sitting next to me and ignore the girls sitting at the table. One boy's name is Kevin and the other boy's is Cody. Cody is a very shy boy and usually only hangs out with people if I'm there. Cody has light brown hair and bright green eyes that always seemed to light up with happiness whenever he sees me. I've been told he seems even more timid when I'm not with him. He's had trust issues for a while for an unknown reason and I was the first one who reached out to him so I was special to him.

Kevin is more like me because he is always super nice and all the girls loved him. Kevin never seemed to return their feelings which just made them love him more. Kevin has dark black hair and dark black eyes.I quickly pulled my head from the clouds and focused on the boys. Cody was wearing a bright red sweater with black jeans on. Kevin had on a dark red shirt with the words'Satan worships me'. Along with some black and red Jeans with 666 on them.

Our school doesn't stress uniforms and students are allowed to wear whatever they want as long as it isn't offensive or some racist crap then it was seen as okay. I was currently wearing a nice Yellow shirt and Jeans. The reason why I was more popular then Kevin was because I was able to know what a person was feeling and would think about how the person would feel before I talk. Or maybe it's because I don't wear satanic clothing every week.

Not to say I'm perfect but I easily know what to do to help people feel at ease and that's what I'm doing now. I look over at Cody and see he looks pale so I ask, "You doing all right Cody"?

He looks at me and says, "Y-yeah I'm f-fine just a bit nervous".

I look at him more closely and ask, "Nervous about what"?

He looks at everywhere but my face and says, "I heard new students were coming so I hope they'll like me".

"Of course they'll like you, I enjoy your company so just be yourself", I reassured him.

Cody turned away quickly but not before I saw a hint of red flash across his face. I gently pushed his head back to me while I leaned closer and I put a hand on his forehead and asked, "Your face is all red, you don't have a fever do you"? The redness spread all over his face while leaving almost no white at all.

He quickly said, "I'm fine". Then began walking away from us.

I looked over at Kevin who was currently grinning strangely and asked, "What was that all about"? Kevin shrugged his shoulders just as the teachers called for the students to get to their class table so we could head upstairs. This was the start of a terrifying day.

I was sitting in class while looking at the new students at the front of our class just as Tom walked in and then asked to use the bathroom and walked back out. A few seconds after Tom left, I felt a weird feeling and Kevin looked up at me and asked, "It's weird that Cody isn't sitting with us right"? I nodded and tried to focus on the ELA teacher but suddenly all the people in the room disappeared. I looked around for a few seconds before getting up. What the hell just happened to everyone I thought. It couldn't be anything good.

I walked around the class before deciding to exit. Looking at the ivy colored wallpaper on the walls was a way to distract myself from whatever horror could possibly be waiting. All of a sudden I hear a scream from somewhere and I run towards it. I turn the corner and manage to see Ms.Edith and Tom running from someone. Suddenly a hand grabs me from behind and turns me around and I come face to face with 'the builder' who still is wearing a black cloak and hood with a black mask. He has on black shoes and he looks at me and says, "Wonderful to finally meet you".

I look at him with fear in my eyes and ask, "What do you mean by finally"? He doesn't say a word and instead lets out a strange laugh. He smells of recently washed clothes and another strange smell.

He walks all around me and says, "I will tell you who I am and what I'm planning tomorrow or Thursday so don't worry". Then he touches me and I feel a familiar but strange feeling build up inside me. He then says, "Save your friend Tom too". Then the strange feeling explodes and the strange feeling in the school leaves as students began to reappear. The man disappeared as soon as the students began to reappear. I feel weird as I push past people and see Tom who is staring at nothing while sitting on the floor with Ms.Edith nowhere in sight.

Zeke's Pov, about five minutes earlier
I was walking towards my first period and I had waited until I felt my brother would be fine before running to get to my school. I finally got to my class and saw Jess and Hannah sitting by the window. Talking about some new shoes. I can't lie that I'm sometimes jealous that they both have rich family's and they waste it so much.

When our teacher was about to arrive I saw something big and dark fly around before it stopped outside the window. Jess got up and was too busy laughing with Hannah about something to notice. The thing sent a pale white arm through the window, sending glass everywhere and then grabbed Jess by the waist and pulled her out the window with it.

Charlie's Pov, about 30 minutes later
I sat with Jacob while watching tv. All of a sudden he turned it off. Jacob's pale blue shirt seemed to match his eyes but his grey shorts were there to be different. He got up from the couch and walking deeper into the house. I followed to make sure he did nothing dangerous only to see him stop at a door towards the back of the house. The door gives off a creepy feeling as Jacob turns back to me with a sad look in his eyes. He says, "This was my dad's basement where he worked all the time".

I looked over at the boy who was the color of a pure white with hair matching his pale skin and light blue eyes that seemed to sparkle. Emma was the same except for her hair which was dark black and eyes which were a dull grey. Her grey eyes seemed empty of all life. Suddenly I feel something wrap around me. I look down and see Jacob buried in my chest with tears falling down his cheeks. He looks up at me and says, "I miss my dad".

I smile sadly at him and say, "I know you do but you have to be strong for the people that are here for you". I wrap him up in my arms and we sit there together until Jacob eventually falls asleep.
