After she finished her call with Bobby, Lori went towards Luan's room when she spotted Carol in the hallway. In the past, Lori hated Carol for always showing her up...however in the recent months they finally managed to become friends. 

"Hey Lori! May I ask you something?" Carol asked.

"Sure." Lori Said as they both went to the sitting room and got some coffee.

"I saw Luan's name on the patients list so I want to know what happened to her?" Carol Said.

"Sigh...It was my "family's" fault that this happened to her. I'm sure you heard what my family did around town yesterday. However...it wasn't us. It was a bunch of actors who we payed to be our body devils since we wanted to avoid Luan's pranks. After that..my family planned a prank that involved us pretending to move away from Royal Woods. I had doubts, but they assured me that everything will be okay." Lori Said.

"And I'm guessing that it went wrong." Carol Said.

"Yes. She got hit by a car....but do you want to know what the messed thing about that is...only Lincoln and myself rushed over to Luan's aid. Everyone else just stayed back and just went back inside the house." Lori Said.

"Wow. That is messed up. Sigh...at least you were remorseful to go see her along with Lincoln. However...I guessing that you're planning to do something drastic." Carol Said.

"I can never hide things away from you Carol. I'm planning to take Lincoln, Luan and myself to Jump City where we'll each get a fresh start." Lori Said.

"But why? I know that your family didn't care about Luan, but why would you need to move away?" Carol Said.

"This incident opened my eyes to how heartless my family was. How they could react when any one of us were injured or close to death? None of them showed up yesterday....and the same thing will apply to the others. I can't live with a family who abandons one of their own just because of how much hardship they gave them. And I most certainly leave Lincoln there as well since they pick on him the most." Lori Said.

"I get it. You're worried about your siblings and what quality of life they'll have here. So what kind of friend would I be if I talked you out of it? Just promise to call every now and then." Carol Said before she hugged Lori. A hug that Lori returned...a couple of seconds later.

"Thank you Carol. Now if you excuse me...I have to see Luan." Lori Said. As she walked away..Carol felt sad since this could be one of the only times that she would see Lori face to face. But..she knew that Lori needed to go so Lincoln and Luan can have a better life than the one that they have here.

At the same time, Terra was thinking of where Lori, Luan and Lincoln would stay. They could stay at the tower, but if they do..they would need to learn how to defend themselves against any enemies that will try to target them.

"Sigh...This is so complicated." Terra Said.

"What's complicated?" Raven asked when she walked into the room.

"Well..one of my old friends is planning to move to Jump City with her siblings and I need to figure out where they could live." Terra Said.

"They could just stay in the tower." Raven Said.

"But I'll have to ask Robin and you know how he is." Terra Said.

"Of course I do. Which is why I know that he was listening to us as we're having this conversation. Isn't that right...Robin." Raven Said before she looked at the hallway and saw Robin step out.

"Sometimes...I hate this connection that we have." Robin said.

"Yeah Yeah. So can Terra's friend and her siblings stay here?" Raven Said.

"They can stay as long after I check their backgrounds." Robin Said.

"Thank you Robin." Terra Said. 

"No problem." Robin Said as he walked away. Terra felt happy that she found Lori and her siblings a place to stay. And knew that the time for them to come is close upon them....as long as they didn't mind their newest recruits and Beastboy.
