This is a painting I did back in January-February of 2016. It really helped boost me into painting more.

I called this "Sun Pastel" because I started painting a light pink background and then a red circle in the middle (I even drew in a rose!). And then used Sharpie painter marker to draw the skinny trees. I used the small round tips of perfume bottle caps to form the dots, keeping to a pastel theme. While the paint was still wet I sprinkled pink glitter over the canvas and let it set. Afterwards I added metallic purple to some of the tree branches for shine and then my signature at the bottom.

It took me about a week to complete this one, I'm hoping to get better with my painting on the next canvas I have planned. ♡
