It has been almost three months since the royal wedding of what was suppose to be Cole and Nya. And things were starting to go back to normal, or that was what the royal knights thought.

The six knights and their now sensei lived and trained in a small monastery on one of the tallest mountains of all Ninjago. Everyone had to share a room with someone except sensei, so Jay bunked with Nya, Cole with Zane, and Lloyd with Kai. The main problem with sharing the rooms with someone is that somehow their elements find a way to destroy them. They learned that the hard way with Kai. 

It was about five in the morning and all the knight were sparing with each other to see who was the most powerful out of all them which in some cases were kind of funny. The first duel was for Cole and Zane which usually get over with pretty easily. 

Wu sat at the front gates of the training center to get a great view of the fight while everyone else had to sit on the side lines to wait for their turn. "Alright the first duo is Cole and Zane in a one on one elemental battle" Jay announced as he was the only one standing from his seat while everyone else sat. 

Cole was on one side of the monastery while Zane was on the other to even the chances, "Ready to go down, Snowball?" Cole asked teasingly as he was ready to grab his hammer from his back. 

"Are you sure it won't be the other way around?" Zane said as he was close to getting his shuriken's from his belt.

"On three. One, two, THREE!!!" Jay announced loudly as the masters of ice and earth charged at each other. Zane made the first move by freezing the ground to the master of earths direction. The ice reached all the way to Cole's legs, but that didn't stop him from swinging his hammer to Zane's face. 

"COLE!" Zane yelled as he was knocked to the ground. Cole threw his fist to the mountain of ice that surrounded his legs which made it start to crack. He kept using his super strength on the cold layer until it completely broke giving Cole the chance to charge at Zane.

Zane was holding his face as his nose was bleeding and felt a force of a hard metal hammer come near his throat. "Do you give up, DrippyIce?" Cole asked. Zane nodded his head and Cole lend out a hand to him to help him get up. 

"Well it looks like Cole wins!" Jay yelled happily as Nya chuckled a little making Jay blush. 

"Lets go fix you up ,Snow Machine" Cole told Zane as they both went inside to fix Zane up.

"Looks like we all get a five minute break" Lloyd said as he stretched his back, "I'll use that five minutes for a little cat nap. Wake me if you need me." Then Lloyd closed his eyes and fell asleep against the wooden poll behind him. 

"How long were you guys training last night?" Nya asked her lover and brother. 

Kai sighed, "Correction we didn't train, we ate food and Lloyd found some sort of candy and ate all of it. He didn't go to sleep until three in the morning" Kai said. 

"Looks like we'll be hiding any candy we find" Jay joked as he sat next to Nya and put his arm around her waist. All of a sudden they heard a cry for help from outside the monastery. The three knights and sensei stood up from where they were and walked over to the front gates.

The quickly opened the doors to see the beautiful view of the five kingdoms, but they cries of help still filled the air. Nya turned around to the nearest corner to find a women who looks like she's in her early thirty's coughing like crazy and black veins covering her arms and legs. The knight in gray walked over to the sick women, "Ma'am are you alright?" Nya asked worried as she knelt down to her level. 

She then felt a strong grip around her wrist as the sick lady squeezed it, "It's spreading.... I'm not crazy.... I'M NOT CRAZY!!!" The women screamed as black liquid started coming out of her mouth. 

Startled, Nya screamed out Kai and Jay's name as the women was digging her nails through Nya's suit. Jay and Kai found them and were very alarmed as Jay tried to pry off the women's hand off. The women shook violently as if she was having a hard attack and suddenly stopped and her eyes turned completely black. Kai walked up slowly to the lady and put two of his fingers on the girl's neck checking for a pulse. 

Kai shook his head, "No pulse. She's dead" He announced disappointed. Nya's face was full of fear of what that women just experienced and how it ended. Jay was still trying to pull the women's hand off until the hand broke off completely from the women's body. Both Jay and Nya screamed as the hand came off of Nya's wrist onto the ground. 

"What-What just happened?!?" Jay asked as he helped Nya stand up who was a little wobbly from the event. 

"She just- Died out of no where and her hand- Oh my god!" Nya cried as she buried her face into Jay's chest. 

The other's came from the monastery to see the dead women on their front porch, "What in the world?" Cole asked shocked.

Wu simply stoked his long, white, beard, "Interesting, Jay, you and Nya go inside while the rest of us- Um dispose the body." Jay nodded and walked Nya back inside, the princess was shivering as they entered the cold monastery.

 Jay sat Nya down on the couch in the living room while he sat on they coffee table in front of her as he held both of her hands, "Hey it's okay. It wasn't your fault, babe" Jay assured his wife. 

"I just sat there watching that poor women die and did nothing about it, but screamed" She said with a shaky voice as tears were streaming down her face. 

Jay squeezed her hands inside his and sighed, "We probably couldn't have helped her in the first place. Let's just forget about it, but do you want me to get you some bandages for your wrist?" he asked looking at her wrist with small bloody cuts. Nya shook her head and stared down at the floor until the other's came back.

"What was that uncle?" Lloyd asked as they all sat on the couch or coffee table. 

Wu sighed, "Something that I thought I wouldn't see until I died" He said. 

"And what was that Sensei?" Zane asked while holding a tissue to his nose. 

"The disease" He responded.

"What disease, Sensei?" Cole asked. 

"The one that could end all of Ninjago"

New book! I hoped you liked the first chapter of the second book so far. I feel like this is a really big issue in the real world and thought that it could work in this Ninjago fanfic. Anyway I will see all of y'all next chapter BYEEE!
