The sun rose onto the cold woods as a sleet of ice was coving everything from head to toe. Mostly everyone that was in the woods were asleep.... Except Kai. The red knight woke up early that morning to search for any survivors in the little town they found Jacob in. 

When Kai first walked up to the town, he saw Jay and Nya cuddling against each other. Kai didn't mind that much though since Jacob died in front of both of them, they needed each other. Anyway, Kai searched and searched up and down every single building he passed by to see if there was even one single person alive. But it was the same thing like before. 

Once the prince was done adventuring around the town, he decided to see if the others were awake, but before he left the town he heard some familiar voices. Kai hid himself behind a wooden building to hear the voices of his sister and brother in law. 

"When are you going to tell them Nya?" Kai heard Jay said. 

The red knight peaked over to see his sister leaning against the other side of the wall holding her stomach, "I'm not going to Jay" She responded. In Kai's mind he was wondering what exactly did Jay and Nya do when he wasn't looking. Did Jay knock up Nya?

Kai didn't want to hear anymore of this and just walked around the situation not even hearing the rest of the conversation. Meanwhile, Jay and Nya were still talking about the situation, "Nya you only have a couple days before you turn. We need to tell the others, so they can help you" Jay told Nya as he turned her around to face him. 

"I want to deal with this on my own. It was bad enough that you found out about it, but if anyone else does it would be chaos" Nya explained to him. Jay sighed and gently grabbed Nya's bad arm and checked what was underneath to see that the black veins were all the way to the inside of her elbow. 

"Okay, but if anyone gets hurt-" Jay tried to say until Nya interrupted him, "They won't."

The two decided to go back to camp where everyone else had slept and helped packing. Zane and Wu were checking on one of the horses to see it was laying on the ground in pain, "I doesn't look like Copper is going to make it Sensei" Zane informed Wu. 

Wu sighed in defeat, "Then lets make it easier for him" Wu said as he pulled out a dagger from his satchel and handed it to Zane. 

"You want me to kill him?" Zane said in disbelief. 

"Kill who?" a voice said as the two princes turned around to see the innocent Lloyd, "Your going to kill Copper?" Zane sighed and walked up to Lloyd and handed him the dagger, "No you are."

"What!?! No I would never do that to him!" Lloyd shouted making Cole go over to the trio. He looked at the horse and then looked at the dagger, the black knight grabbed the dagger from Lloyd's hand and walked over to the brown horse. 

"I'm so sorry" Cole whispered before striking the horse in the heart with the dagger. 

Lloyd screamed in anger as he tried to go up to Cole and beat him up, but Zane blocked him from going anywhere. "HE KILLED MY HORSE! HE KILLED COPPER!" Lloyd screamed at the top of his lungs. 

Jay and Nya saw the scene, but stayed out of it, "is this what this disease is going to cost us?" Nya asked. 

Now there was only one horse in good condition and she couldn't even carry the wagon by herself. The gray knight walked over to her gray and white horse and petted her as she climbed up onto of her with no armor or sattles on whatsoever. Nya walked the horse over to the drama, "We only have one good horse now, and she can't lift the wagon. We're going to have to walk this journey on foot if we want to find the items and kill the Overlord" Nya said with a stern voice.

Wu sighed, "We will. Bring whatever we really need and nothing that could slow us down. You are all going to carry your own luggage" He ordered as he went to go find Kai.

 Jay walked over to Nya and her horse, "I want you to stay on the horse when we're traveling. I don't want you to risk anything to revel to anyone." Jay instructed her. Nya nodded and grabbed her small backpack from the wagon and started heading down the path with the other knights following. 

About an hour into the walking, Nya started to cough a little as she hoped everyone thought was from the cold. "Lets take a break for a couple minutes" Jay encouraged and he went over to Nya's horse and helped the gray knight get off. 

"Thank you. My feet are starting to hurt. Do we have any ice around here?" Cole complained. 

Zane rolled his eyes and took off Cole's shoes and made a block of ice in his hand and placed it underneath the black knight ridiculously large feet, "Are you happy now?" Zane asked. 

Jay laughed when Zane did that, but was caught off guard when Nya gripped her hand on Jay's arm tightly. The blue knight knew what was about to happen and caught Nya as she passed out in his arms. Kai saw this and ran to her and Jay, "What happened?" Kai asked quietly so the others couldn't hear.

"She passed out what do you think it looks like?!?" Jay yelled quietly as he lay Nya on the ground carefully. 

"Could it be from the baby?" Kai asked Jay as he placed his hand down on Nya's tummy. 

Jay looked at him confused, "What baby?" He asked the prince of Ignacia. 

Kai looked at him more confused, "The one that you said earlier that you wouldn't tell anyone else about." 

Jay realized Kai eavesdropped on him and Nya's conversation, "We weren't talking about Nya being pregnant. She just a-" Jay couldn't figure the right words to say without giving t away so he made something up, "That she found a survivor in the town, but she was too late as he vanished into thin air."

"You're telling me that Nya was holding her stomach because she saw another person die in front of her eyes?" Kai asked confused. 

Jay nodded his head, "Yeah she gets a little sick to her stomach when she see someone dies." 

Nya groaned and woke up as she sat up from her position to see the two boys over her, "What are you two doing?" She asked as she stood up from the ground.

 Kai hugged his sister almost crushing her, "I was worried" he said. Nya looked at Jay's direction and mouthed 'I didn't tell him' to her. 

Kai released Nya from the hug and headed back to her horse as she climbed up it, "Let's go. The map should lead us to the first destination in about two hours if we're lucky" Nya said as she lead the party or seven. 

What she didn't tell Jay though was that someone was speaking to her. A male speaking to her. With a dark raspy voice that gave chills down her spine. And Nya knew who it was.
