Ginny was sat in court humming away she knew everything would be turned around and that she would be set free and then she would be able to marry Harry even if she was carrying Dumbles children she didn't care about that as she would get him to blood adopt them and then she would have everything that her little heart desired

Amelia Bones came forward sighing but was glad that the trials were coming to an end finally, "welcome to the case of one Ginerva Molly Weasely case number GMW/WW 943730 has come to court, date is 12th May 1998 time is 10am" she shuffled some papers she had read everything over the past few days to get an idea on what had happened and how they were going to vote at the end of the session and she could tell that is was going to be bad she sighed why did the old coot have to bring in children to do this, she sighed

"My baby!" said Molly turning to cry into Arthur's shoulder who just patted her back

"I'm so sorry Molly I... I..." he couldn't finish

"Dad don't be they did this to themselves just because they wanted to get what was never rightly their's they also wanted to ruin someone's life" said Bill patting his shoulder he was the oldest and he felt that he hadn't helped them as he worked in Egypt being a curse breaker he should of been closer to help his younger siblings

"Bill don't be hard on yourself it's me and your mother that need to take the blame in this not you" said Arthur who gave a weak smile to his oldest

They looked at each other for a moment and nodded they were going to protect the twins when they were born they weren't going to let Ginny near them if she ever got out from where ever she was going to be put

Ginny just continued to humm she was going to be set free she just knew it after all she was pregnant so they wouldn't send her to Azkaban because of that

"Miss Weasley..." said Amelia to her girl

"It's Mrs Harry Potter to you!" said Ginny not bothering to look at her "I am going to be his wife after all"

"Again Miss Weasely do you understand why you are here? within the Wizengamot?"

"Nope no clue when can I go?"

"Not yet we have to get through this trial Miss Weasely"

"My name is Mrs Harry Potter!"

"No I will not call you that as you have no right over that name as it no longer exists as we know it the child formally known as Harry James Potter is now Hadrian Jameson Severus Snape" Amelia sighed she hated repeating herself it was getting annoying

"Yeah right he'll always been known as Harry Potter I have a marriage contract set up he will sign it today when I'm free then it will be just me and him with the twins that he will of course blood adopt and we will be a happy family!" she said smugly to everyone in the room

"You mean this complete and utter fake of a contract that lets you literally belittle him, ruin him as you will have everything that is his by birth so then you can live... oh what's it called... oh yes the life of Riley? as the Muggles call it, as well as make him a complete and utter slave to you?" Amelia looked at the girl in the eyes

"Oh no not that one..." she smiled "...that one is for Harry to obey me and the Headmaster" she said sweetly

Hearing her own daughter confess to trying to make Harry obey her and making him her slave was enough to make her cry loudly Bill being quick cast a silencing charm over his mother so then they could carry on

"Miss Weasely..." Amelia was getting so annoyed at the idiocy of the girl in front of her

"No I am the future Mrs Harry James Potter!" screamed Ginny making some of the member of the court whisper about her being delusional and completely uninformed about everything around her

"When can I go? I have to tell Harry I'm pregnant and that he's the father"

"How is he the father? when you haven't been seen for 18 months and you are only 4 months pregnant?" asked a member

"Easy the Headmaster managed to get his hair and helped me get pregnant now let me bloody go!"

"We have run some tests and it proves that your children are not young Heir Snape and that they are children of a madman" said Amelia to her normally she would have Percy hand everything to her and the members of court but because of who was here and it would of been a conflict of interest if he was there and so he was sitting next to his family

"Yeah right I was told they are Harry's children and so they are!" she jumped up from the chair she was sitting on making everyone sigh they wanted it to end and soon

"Sit down Miss Weasely!"

"FUCK YOU I'M LEAVING THIS SHAME OF A COURT I'LL FIND HARRY AND MAKE HIM FOLLOW THAT CONTRACT RIGHT AWAY AND HE WILL ADOPT MY CHILD

An Auror sighed and tied her to the chair only to get kicked in the face, "ow you little..." he rubbed his jaw

"Enough Sanders get that looked at" said Amelia almost wanting to hex the girl in front of her but that wouldn't get them anywhere

"Add assault to her charges of kidnapping, freud, grand larceny, being a terrorist and where ever else... today is only getting worse" she looked at the clock and saw it had only been 45 minutes and she wanted to get out of here

The argument of being the future Mrs Potter and having Harry blood adopt her children that weren't his and full filling the contract kept going around the girl would just not listen to anyone who told her that but she just didn't want to listen to anyone of them

Molly had stopped crying and watched what was going to happen to her one and only girl she jut didn't know where she went wrong.... no she did know where she went wrong and that wasa because she read her those bloody books of Harry when she was younger even if they were all fake she should of known it would of ended badly and now she learnt that lesson but worse of all she followed a madman before to elp with the first wizarding war and made her two youngest follow him

She had done this she had made her children turn from the path she had set out for them like all her children she wanted them to be upstanding citizens of the Wizarding World and follow the path she set until they knew what to do like Bill with his Curse Breaking, Charlie with his dragons, Percy in the Ministry like Arthur, the twins and their joke shop...

...yes she didn't like her two oldest so far away but they were doing what they loved, she didn't want Percy to be in the Ministry but he followed the path set out for him at least and the twins well.... enough said

She had no clue on where her two youngest diverted from the path and went completely off it...

As she was thinking all of this the jury had come to their conclusion and that was the contract being ripped but which Hecate had great joy in doing it, that Ginny would be placed in St. Mungo's to be completely assessed on her full mental health and after the twins were born they would be going to an orphanage

"NO I'LL TAKE THEM I'M THEIR GRANDMOTHER!" said Molly to everyone

Amelia looked and nodded "the twins will go to their grandmother after they are born" she banged her gavel onto the table sighing, just one more to go and this mess would be finished

"NO NO NO MY BABIES WILL GO TO HARRY HE WILL BLOOD ADOPT THEM I KNOW HE WILL HE LOVES ME!" screamed Ginny as she was pulled out of the room
