Today was an important day, the trial of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, everyone in the Wizarding World wanted a piece of the bastard for what he had done to many children over his years of working at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and today was where all his skeletons were going to be on full view to everyone

Severus and Tom sat at the front of the hall holding a twin each and Harry in the middle no way in hell was he going to miss all this these three had had their lives ruined by this very man and they wanted to see him fall and bloody well burn!

"We don't need attorney's as it will be pointless in this regard, it has come to the courts attention that one Albus Dumbledore has had the plans to take over the world and rape of under age witches and wizards, rape of his own daughter one Alexys Lucinda Morning-Glory nee Grindlewuld, kidnapping of his own daughter and granddaughter one Sarah Elizabeth Felicity Morning-Glory who couldn't be here to health problems but they have sent her memories to us and they are true memories and many more but these are the worst of them all"

Everyone was shocked at what the old head master had done to his daughter and granddaughter and could kind of understand why Sarah didn't want to come court she was so scared

"Give him the Veritaserum so we can get this over and done with I think we all have places to be" said Amelia the Auror was pleased to give this man the potion and three drops later Dumbles eyes were glassy this Veritaserum was stronger than normal so it would last all day long, it was improved by Severus not long ago

"Good it's working now onto the questions how did you and Mr Grindlewuld meet?"

"That was back in the summer of my 18th year he had been expelled from Durmstrang when he was 16 years old he was living with his great aunt Bathilda Bagshot just down the road from my family back in Godric's Hollow oh his light blue grey eyes I can remember it made me so wanton" fidgets in his seat thinking of it all ew's were heard from everyone there

"How did you sister Arianna Kendra Dumbledore die?"

"That bitch got what she deserved, stupid excuse of a witch if she couldn't use her magic to protect herself, she tried to save my worthless brother when he stood up to me and my love of my life but alas as I fired the spell to end him she jumped in the way, I had to do something so I Obliviated his memories on this matter and made him and everyone think that it was Gellert as he didn't like my advances and I couldn't have that"

"What did you do to Mr Grindlewuld?"

"Well I made him into the evil Dark Lord I altered his memories to take over the Wizarding World but then I realised that someone had to 'defeat' him and so I took that job up and 'defeated' him and placed him in his fortress Nurmengard Castle, such a wonderful piece of work and then I started my first experiment with him and after many tries he was finally pregnant too bad it was a girl"

"What else did you do to Mr Grindlewuld?"

"Why I experimented on him to get him pregnant again each time I Obliviated his memories of all the times he was pregnant with another blasted girl each one was aborted but then he couldn't handle it no more and so I did the next best thing after protecting that useless girl for those few years"

"What did you do?"

"I got rid of her placed her in the Muggle World and waited for her to come back to me and she did, oh she was heaven in my loins when she started Hogwarts and then that was my next experiment getting the bitch pregnant took who knows how fucking long but she is now carrying my child can't wait to see the child when they are born I do hope it's a boy this time around"

"So you've been using me as a carrier all this time?!" shouted Alexys to him

"Of course I did I even broke up Petunia LeStrange nee Evens and Rabastan LeStrange of course and made Petunia think she married Vernon Dursley and made sure to keep the charm going and the hatred of magic strong which they took out on Harry so then he would follow my wills and defeat Voldemort"

"What did Dursley family do to Heir Snape?"

"Well from what I saw they completely abused him, hardly any to eat or drink days on end ence his small size he still looks like he's only 13 but he's coming 18 soon, they would hit and kick him, hot iron pans to his head, throwing him out in the dead of winter with no clothes on, whips, belts you name it the man used it on the boy"

Hearing that word had Harry flinching in his seat only to have Severus squeeze his knee in support he was now away from the man now and he would never be going back

"What did you do to Mrs Petunia LeStrange nee Evans?"

"Oh that was easy I made sure that she was a Squib and gave myself her magical power same with her son such delicious magic a spell I made up to siphon off someone's magic to give to myself and anyone I deem fit for my cause"

"What is your cause as you call it?"

"To rule both worlds, to be the most powerful, to be known as someone greater than Merlin, the Founders and who ever was before them!" he laughed manically

"I see, I see why did you chose Tom Riddle, Severus Snape and Hadrian Snape for all of this?"

"Oh easy it was because they were abused and abused children are the best to full into my hands with my whole grandfatherly act they always full for it plus they are the best stress relievers I could ask for, oh the way they responded under me, I would then send them off with a quick Obliviate and send them back to their abusers at the end of the school year like it did with hundreds of students before and them"

Tom and Severus paled at what they had been used for they had been sexually assaulted by the man and they didn't know about it, oh Merlin they felt so sick at the man they once trusted only to learn that he was so vindictive and vile

"Ok we have heard enough give him the antidote" the Auror did and the glaze over Dumbles eyes cleared and he smiled

"Ok if you would let me go I'll be on my way" said Dumbles

"Hold it right there you disgusting waste of crap you aren't going anywhere you are to be sentenced right now everyone hold your wands up for voting, red meaning guilty green innocent" said Amelia to everyone and those who could cast a vote did so and soon the vote was in and it showed the guilty verdict but Dumbles wasn't having any of it and called for Fawkes

"Fawkes to me!"

The phoenix flashed in and landed on Harry's shoulder and started to preen his hair making the boy laugh and stroke his chest only to have the twins try and pet him as well which he hopped onto Harry's lap to get more attention

"Blasted bird get here so you can get me out of here!"

Fawkes just trilled as he was pet

Dumbles was soon sentenced to life in Azkaban with magical suppression cuffs on he was 116 years old so he wouldn't last much longer but he was out of everyone's way and with Mortem keeping an eye on him with the Dementors he wasn't going to live more than 10 years tops
